    Two things I like about this purchase: 1. The seat is comfortable for seniors 2. The bike is very quiet in use (no loud whirring or clicking) Two things I dislike about this purchase: 1. The 4 heart rate sensors on the handlebars pop out of their slots continuously. Very poor quality of ‘stickum’ that simply does not work to hold metal to hard plastic. 2. Because PROForm’s customer service is difficult to reach and non-responsive when you do, those 4 sensors on my brand new bike are being held in place by 3M gift wrapping tape. And no, I am not happy about that.

    This bike is basic. It does the job that I need it for, but there is no backlight on the screen, so everything is dark. It's 2020, so that's a bit antiquated for my taste. We're in the digital age, almost everything at this point needs to be backlit. The age group that would even want a bike designed like this is of the target audience who most likely needs a backlight in the first place. So, they can go ahead and phase these out now, and start making a new "standard" that's in this age.

    I’m 6’1” and you can’t ride it comfortably. Either you are too far and your legs over extend or you are two close and your knees hit the dash! Horrible design. Just outside of the return window.

    I had to remove the handles (so no heart rate) because I kept hitting my knees. I'm 5'11" so not insanely tall. Works well otherwise. I would only recommend buying this if it is on sale.

    No extension cord not nice at all. I had to pay $50 plus to get one and to this day I have not received it. Not happy with Best Buy right now.
