Can use it in manual but I enjoy thr elliptical changing resistance for me. It does make a noise that is slightly annoying.

The resistance doesn’t work, I have contacted the company they sent someone out, the guy changed the part and it still doesn’t work

Dead on arrival!

Manufacturer should be QAing before sending to reseller. Very disappointed since I wanted to use it right away. Too late to return to store since Best Buy only gives you 2 weeks. Didn’t return before 2 weeks cuz we didn’t want to build another one. So we contacted iFit and waited 1.5 weeks for parts which tech didnt even use. Tech said console or cable bad so now waiting for more parts. Thumbs down on this machine/brand.

Proform/ iFIT support unresponsive

I have “activated” the machine yet to be machine seems to be locked on a high resistance level no matter what resistance setting I actually choose. When I go on it and start to move, the speed and distance remain at zero no matter what I do. It is nearly impossible thus far to get in contact with support. I waited for over an hour and a half and still no luck with getting through to an agent. Tried the chat option and it was also a fail… waited to be transferred to an agent and it never happened. Put in a service ticket and let’s see what happens. Very close to returning the machine. Thus far very frustrating.

Best Buy delivered a new one within a few days but the new one is getting hot on the left arm pedal.

In less than a year, a weld broke on the right pedal. Proform sent a replacement part and I was able to repair it. This morning, a proprietary bolt in the center of the flywheel snapped while I was in motion. It scared me and I'm thankful I wasn't injured. Purchased another elliptical from a different brand and picking it up later today. Believe every nad review you have read
