When I unpacked all the parts it seemed a bit daunting to assemble but my 10 yr old daughter and I had it together in an hour. I didn't even get a chance to try it until the next day because she was loving the new pull up bar! The unit is well built, looks great and makes a great addition to the home gym. I ditched my existing weight bench and the stack of plates on the floor and now everything hangs nicely on the rack. It's super sturdy without being bolted to the floor and height adjustment is simple. Overall a great piece! I was given this product for a reduced price in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion.
