I have owned this treadmill for about 2 weeks and so far it is great. Best Buy delivered on time, set up the treadmill and hauled away the old treadmill. I am very happy with both the equipment and the service.

I love love this treadmill as whole! I wish Proform would dish IFIT alltogether or updates the system to allow for free workouts through IFIT or other apps. The requirement to have a paid subscription to what should be a totally free membership with IFIT in order to use the real goodies like working out in a live class after paying such a hefty price tag for this type of machinery is insane! However, the equipment can be used on a manual setting with no apps and just a basic walk with use of some other device like an ipad, tablet, and headphones. It totally defeats the purpose of purchasing for ease and convenience of use and design. This only received 5 stars because if you need a totally heavy duty machine without the huge price, and don't mind a monthly membership fee or just doing manual workouts, this is for you!

We've loved using the treadmill so far. One of the things that was very important for us was the incline. And most of the home-use treadmills did not provide over 10% incline. This one is great as it goes up to 12% and was on sale (we bought it during black friday). It also came with free 1 year iFit membership which has been awesome. We've been doing walks with instructors and the incline changes according to the landscape that you're walking on. It's the opposite of boring (which is how I feel when I use treadmills or any equipment)

I have been using this for two years and it is still performing great. My only complaint is that it is not possible to cast the phone screen using Bluetooth.

I bought the treadmill for walking. The treadmill comes with a tablet that apparently has to be used for the treadmill to function. I don't subscribe to any of the online exercise features but have to tell it to go on without signing in. I was used to getting onto the treadmill, setting the speed and inclination and start walking but this treadmill requires the tablet to boot then after it goes through the boot process, you go through the manual setup steps then starts to work. It takes several minutes from turn on till the belt starts moving. It's been over 6 months but the belt still leaves bits of the frayed belt on the floor after every use. The treadmill works okay, but I wish it worked without the tablet and did not shred.

Perfect treadmill for a home gym.It is quiet, the bed is a decent size and it has a built in fan. I would highly recommend this treadmill both for the price and functionality. Although it did take several attempts for this item to be delivered, it was well worth the wait. The assembly team was exceptionally professional and did an amazing job of hauling away my old treadmill and installing the new one.

It’s a good product. It you want to use in manual mode and not use the iFit app then it takes a little time to navigate. But overall good product for the price

Thismachine for workout its gud. But for that price it should have been better. But its a sturdy machine.

I love this treadmill. I love the coaches on iFIT! It’s easy to use and helps to keep me active when the weather is bad outside.

Cannot connect Bluetooth, cannot download app for programs. Little help from customer service unless you subscribe to iFit.

Satisfied but not enjoyed a lot. incline does not respond well. screen do not have much functionality. belt is so-so.

I wanted a basic treadmill. But when I saw the built in tablet options I decided to get this one because I somehow missed seeing the part that says you can only use the tablet to connect to their fitness programs and nothing else. That was a huge disappointment. Also, the tablet is only compatible with 2.5 internet. I recently upgraded to 5.0 and discovered this. So I got my basic treadmill, but paid too much for it.

Overall works as expected. We specifically did not want to connect to internet, and manual works fine

Love this treadmill! It was a pain to build, while building it, but we got through it! I dont like the iFit integration wished i can turn it off

The treadmill is built very sturdy and does not move when I run. The belt is shock absorbing so I don't feel much of a stride impact. I love the built in fan with adjustable speeds. And the best part is the free year of iFit, that is a game changer for me.

Great product does its job very easy to use and move

Love the machine but the ifit program nearly gave me fits! The machine is not useable unless you fill out all your information, address, email, etc including credit card first in order to start machine in either programs or manual. This ifit program should have been an option and not a forced joining in order to start the machine.. thanks to another reviewer stating you must sigh up and later cancel in order to start treadmill saving me a nearly mental breakdown! Machine works very well and is very quiet, but there needs to be an easy on and off method for those of us that just want simple usage

Had it delivered and assembled but seemed easy for disassemble when we need to move it. Tablet set up was a breeze and it works great! Low noise, fans feel good and the OS is simple to use.

Very nice machine and great value! Loving the elevation that goes up to 12 and wish it declined as well, but, still awesome. I’m not a big runner/jogger…yet, but, the iFit feature may change that reeeeeeal soon! LOVE the iFit trainers and options, that’s the reason I went with ProForm!
