    So far so good need another person to hold up the treadmill part to assemble the shock but not too bad to build

    At first thought it needed an app to work at all. But wasn't the case. Great treadmill so far.

      You are correct. The machine doesn’t need the app to function. However, we offer a 30-Day Free Trial of iFIT. If you decide to keep the membership, there are three options: a Yearly Family Plan for $396 per year, a Monthly Family Plan for $39 per month, and a Yearly Individual Plan for $180 per year. iFIT will conveniently automatically unless you go into your account and choose to cancel.

    Put it together powered up. Incline works belt wont move. Thought it was power issue added surge protector and dedicated outlet. Customer service is nonexistent. Need answer or return

    We assembled this product because Geek Squad service wasn't available for our area. The manual was not easy to follow. The bolt provided for the storage latch wouldn't fit so we ended skipping step 13 & 14 all together. Step 16 states you must activate the Console. However our box didn't contain the 16 digit activation code. I tried contacting BestBuy the agents kept bouncing me from one department to the next & then told me to contact the manufacturer. I have not been able to reach any technical support team member at iFit. I called several times, submitted a service desk request and I am currently waiting to chat with support.
