    Love this machine. Has so many options. Love the built in workouts. I was able to get mine going without the iFit.

    Desctiption said it had handgrip heart monitor, but it does not have this. This was main item we were looking for in a treadmill

      We are sorry for this miscommunication. We are working to get this feature removed from the product page to better align expectations about this product.

      The handgrip heart rate monitor feature has been discontinued due to our findings that wearable heart rate monitors are more effective and accurate. If you choose to keep your quality equipment without this feature, a wearable heart rate monitor can be purchased separately.

    Not very pleased at all. I order this treadmill for my wife and the key feature was the heart rate monitor. As soon it arrived and i was putting it together, not only the handles didn't have the heart rate monitor, the LCD display is much smaller. Placed an exchange with Best Buy and the other treadmill was the same. Had to return both of them.

      We’re sorry about the misunderstanding. This unit arrived without the expected heart rate monitor on the handles because we no longer manufacture treadmills with the heart rate monitor included as the wearable heart rate monitors are found to provide more accurate results.
