Haven't used the product yet had a lot of difficulty getting it delivered will update

Arrived super fast. Easy to assemble and works better than expected.

Treadmill was delivered day before Thanksgiving. Worked for 3 hours that night and realized we had faulty parts. CSR sent us replacement parts - took a week to arrive, only to discover there were additional defective parts. Those were ordered and took another week to arrive and when we went to assemble discovered those parts were defective too and were missing vital holes! 4 different sets of parts, 3 weeks, and we still don’t have a working treadmill and are spending another evening on hold with customer service. Needless to say I recommend staying far away from Proform! Customer service is great, but clearly there are major production and quality control problems!

My 1st actual brand new not used treadmill. I love it.

I had a Proform Treadmill before that was older and better than this one. This treadmill has no heart sensor for your hands and had no fans to cool you down. This is just a basic treadmill.

Trash experience! I bought this and set it up. Only to find out it was the incorrect one. The one I purchased was suppose to have handles that detect your heart rate. Best buy did however send me another one. But that one too was incorrect. So I said the heck with it because I was tired of putting together treadmills at this point. So if there was a cost difference between the one they sent me and the one I paid for I guess I took a double loss because im not putting together anymore.

You have to sign up and pay for IFit to use it . Within 1 st week of use display went blank call CS for pro form no luck ..got suck with it now use it manual mode with out display .

Received a faulty treadmill with a console display that at first occasionally turned on and now doesn't turn on at all.

It was not turning ON.. reached out to warranty support however no response on fixing the issue.

Have had the treadmill for 6 months and the belt is already shredding

I purchased this treadmill in 2021 and I have used it consistently since the purchase. I have not had any regrets as it has been performing as expected. I will recommend it again to anyone who is in need of a good and powerful treadmill.

I got this treadmill 3 weeks ago and couldn't be happier. While the gyms are closed. I was going crazy. I placed the order online it arrived the next day. It took time for my teenager and I to assemble, but so worth. I walk or run each day for an hour for mental release. I did not join iFit. I pressed and hold the button down for 20 seconds and it works perfectly.

Treadmill work and perform great the guys that installed it was very professional on what they was doing we are please with everything

My review speaks more to the quality of ProForm or the lack of quality. Purchased one with similar features, the "Pro Shox" cushioning is garbage, always breaking, having to constantly call the repair guy out and then being told the parts have to be ordered and it will take a few weeks before it can be fixed. This went on for most of the extended warranty until it ran out. Once it ran out, the estimate for repairs was insane. Recommend you get a better model or one with better features. When the treadmill did work, it worked great. So buyer beware.

Works great as advertised. Can’t beat this treadmill for the price. Easy set up.

Good unit it’s quick set up . The pad should last a while.

Very easy to use. Doesn't make any noises very quiet.

pictures and real product is not same. pictures clearly shows on handle there is heart beat monitor sensor. real product does not have that.
