Very well constructed and quiet. Basic controls and exactly what we were looking for in a treadmill. Perfect size too

When the treadmill works, it’s great. After about 3 months, ours started overheating and stopping after 30-60 seconds of use. After some research, it sounded like it just needed to be lubricated. I thought that would be a simple process of order lubricant on Amazon and applying it, but I couldn’t have been more wrong. First problem: the manual says it doesn’t need lubrication, but apparently it just means don’t use silicone lubrication. Second problem: to find out which lubricant you need, you have to talk to a bunch of AI chat bots on the IFIT website. It takes 5 rounds of telling it you need lubricant before it sends you to the right place. Third problem: the only maintenance kit available has lubricant, cleaning cloth, cleaning spray, and a replacement safety key. There’s no way to just buy the lubricant. The AI chat bots tell you to submit a request to just get the lubricant, but the “request” just sends you to another AI chat bot and the cycle continues. Lubricant is a very basic maintenance item that should be available off the shelf, but it’s apparently a closely guarded corporate secret for IFIT. Fourth problem: when you finally give up and order the maintenance kit, it tells you there will be a 3 week shipping time. Still TBD whether it gets here earlier. All that to say, it’s a solid treadmill, but I will never buy another product that has any association with IFIT. It’s like they want people to not be able to maintain their equipment so that it dies sooner.

It works wonderful no screen on it except for when exercising. But it works great.

I purchased this on Monday and it was delivered by Thursday. I love the actual treadmill itself but it had a few things that i wish i could adjust. The quality of the tools are kind of wack.. the screw driver was stripped by the time i was done and the black things were also giving me problems.. & i was really hoping it would be a little easier to fold away but you basically have to carry like 75ish pounds to fold it and then you lock it with a metal bar which looks extremely sketchy. not sure how stable that is but kinda worried my dog is going to get smushed.. other than that i think its good so far (:

This is a really good treadmill for a reasonable price. I got delivery only, and they bring it in the house for you and leave it in whatever room you want. I did not get the assembly because it cost almost as much as the product, and despite it recommending 2 people to put together, you can totally do it on your own. Also, Best Buy advised you can go back and order the assembly later if you get stuck and end up needing it. I am not strong & had no help and it took me about an hour with the included paper instructions and tools. You do not have to download an app or create an account to just use the basic treadmill functions. I have used it almost every day and had no issues at all. Occasionally, when you turn on the treadmill it will calibrate, raising all the way up and back down before you can start walking. You can modify what you see on the info screen, but you have to set it each time you use it.

About what I expected for the price, not top or bottom of the line. I went with this treadmill after reading a ton of reviews. It wasn't too difficult to setup but takes up a lot of space even folded. It's relatively quiet and I like the incline. Whole family is using it almost daily and no issues so far.

Treadmill is great. It is easy to run, a good size for walking and feels very well put together for the price. The only negative is there is no usb or easy way to hook an ipod up to it to utilize the speakers. For me that's a big negative.

The treadmill works great! Not loud at all. Used the IFit membership for awhile and that was amazing how well they collaborated.

Excellent treadmill for the price. I don’t need or like the fancy screens or programs and just want to walk or run while I watch tv. Good value and excellent quality

Instructions are not the easiest to read but after it’s assembled it’s perfect. It’s quiet and easy to use.

I’ve been using this treadmill for a while now, and I’m extremely happy with it. The build quality is solid, the motor runs smoothly, and the cushioning makes running very comfortable. It’s easy to use, quiet, and perfect for daily workouts.

Very nice treadmill for the price. Easy to assemble and good quality. Im 73 and only needed something to help improve my walking ability after 2 months in the hospital. Just an FYI: every time i would insert the key into the unit the motor would start running and the incline would change and the stop and start buttons would not stop it. The tech explained it was just calibrating the the incline adjustment but unfortunately its not listed in the manual. He inserted the key and let the process complete the calibration and that was all it needed. Just a heads up if this should happen to anyone purchasing this unit.

Just what I needed! It was was easy to setup! The cost.was perfect as well. Here's to a new outlook on getting fit!

Great treadmill. I love buying from Best Buy. Only thing I didn’t like about this was the box was full of dead termites from the swarm. It didn’t affect treadmill just added clean up. Still giving this a 5. Just want them to be aware.

2month review. Almost used it everyday for about 45min. Incline works like a charm even. Great treamil for daily workouts. I do run in between 5-6mph and no issues with the belt or motor noices. Great product.
