After numerous attempts to stay fit, even going for long walks... we needed something else. Tucson can get pretty warm in April, so after scrambling the internet for an available piece of equipment, my wife found this. Truly a lifesaver... she ordered it, it shipped, and was recieved in a timely manner. Best Buy delivered, I assembled and problem solved...great item for limited space!

Not worth it

I bought thinking this was going to be simple. Bought almost a month ago and just tonight was able to get the activation code before it will allow you to use and then you have to give credit card number for the renewal when you just activate! I have had to contact Best Buy multiple times to get the elliptical activation code emailed to me. I would not buy again

Trouble from the beginning

Received a message a week later it was out of stock. Finally received call to deliver Dec 17. Then They called to cancel and rescheduled. Never showed on Rescheduled delivery date and couldnt explain why. We finally went to store to pickup. Now there is no 1 Year ifit membership and not having any luck getting access code. Frustrating all around.

Great Purchase

I have been using it daily and it is super easy on my joints, knees and back which is exactly what I was looking for. Love that I can work out my arms with the handles.

Loving this machine!!

The more I work out, the more I am feeling like myself again. Other than my husband having to assemble it because Best Buy had HORRiBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE with sending someone to assemble the machine and gave me the run around.
