    When I first saw these at a gym a long time ago, I automatically thought they were to strengthen the hands and wrists. But when I asked some jaded gym bunny he said “duh they’re supposed to hold the weights in place on the bar”. I ignored that. So when I read the descriptions on Best Buy, it said it’ll work out the hand, wrist and forearm. I knew it, after I workout with them I get burst of energy that I don’t always get from using other equipment. And my scar tissue has disappeared. Well worth it.

    Nice amount of resistance without being too much. Comfortable feeling when gripped; fits nicely in the hand. Very good for increasing hand strength. Overall a good value.

    I recently had carpal tunnel surgery and I needed something to strengthen my hands again I saw these online on the Best buy site and for the price I had to get them and you know what they're awesome ,and I didn't spend a lot of money

    I a. A little confused on the strength of the hand grips we ordered some a year or so ago and they were much tighter, harder to pull which he liked. These seem to easy for him...not understanding how to order different strength? Confused
