Customers have good things to say about the Pro 9000 Treadmill, particularly its large and amazing screen, the iFit program that allows users to follow interactive training sessions, and its reasonable price. While some users found the assembly process challenging, others mentioned that the treadmill is easy to use once set up. There were also a few comments about the fan not being very effective and some noise, but these concerns were not普遍.

Given that this isn’t a small purchase, I researched the interwebs at length and was fairly positive I was going to love this treadmill. (I mean - that IS why I chose it!) My husband, on the other hand, swore he wasn’t going to like it or work out at home - but he also loves it and uses it as much as I do.
We both very much enjoy the iFit workouts, they really do make the treadmill time interesting and fun. Even if I don’t feel like a hard work out I can always go for a walk and “visit” a new place. I figure anything that keeps me moving is good! The giant screen just makes the workouts that much better.
The treadmill also works great when I want to crank my music and manage my own speed & inclines in manual mode. Incline & speed changes are smooth. My husband jogs/runs, and says it feels very solid and sturdy. (I am an incline walker, and try not to run anywhere unless chased, but I also agree lol.) The fan blows decent air. The speaker volume is good and easily heard above the treadmill noise if not using blue tooth headphones.
As far as putting it together - that is definitely a two person job. I read a LOT of reviews before purchasing so the assembly was mostly what I expected. Others have mentioned that getting the screws aligned is the most difficult part and my husband & I quite agree. The rest is relatively straight forward.
We are clearly not extreme athletes over here, but between the two of us we’ve put on a bunch of miles and climbed some serious hills over the last month or so, with zero problems or complaints. If you’re debating - I say do it. =)

Nice Treadmill - Mine Was Not Manufactured in USA

My Pro-Form Pro 9000 treadmill was installed on Mar 19, 2022 by the Best Buy geek squad. They did a good job putting it together in a little under 2 hours. I've used my treadmill every day for 14 days.
The treadmill is solid. I use the treadmill in manual mode without IFit. As far as I can tell manual mode does not allow you to store profile information (Name, Height, Age and Weight) or track your workout so I do that on my Apple watch.
I researched this treadmill online. On Google when you search for treadmills manufactured in the USA this treadmill shows up on the search results. Guess what, when I looked at the serial number label on my treadmill to register it with Pro-Form I discovered my treadmill was manufactured in Feb 2021 and is MADE IN CHINA. I was looking to support local US manufacturing when possible. So for others that want to support manufacturing in the USA you may want to call the manufacturer first to determine where the product is actually made.
Overall I am enjoying my treadmill and getting good use out of it. It creaks a bit when I jog or walk on it. Not sure if that is the suspension system in action.

Generally a good treadmill. Nice 22” screen that’s best enjoyed if you subscribe to ifit. However, it doesn’t come with a heart rate monitor, and the fan is not well positioned. Fan barely blows on your lower abdomen (I’m 6” tall, so that could be a factor). Had to return it after 2 weeks because it developed a squeaky sound when I ran. Could be unlucky purchase, but overall it’s pretty sturdy. Also takes a few minutes to boot, which is not attractive if you’re in a hurry to do a quick workout.

Sorry that this unit did not meet your expectations and you chose to return the purchase after a couple of weeks.
A smart heart rate monitor, purchased separately, can be connected to the treadmill through bluetooth for tracking. Let us know if you have any further questions about this purchase.

We purchased the Pro 9000 to replace a lower end ProForm model. This new model cost twice as much but I am very happy with the upgrade. This machine has a longer footbed, is quieter and smoother, and has a negative incline feature. The biggest plus is the huge monitor which I use with iFIT which honestly makes me want to workout. I bought the iFIT heart rate arm band so that I can use the active pulse feature which I highly recommend.
We paid for the Total Tech membership to get delivery and haul away of the old machine included. There’s a lot more perks with the membership such as discounts, extended return times and warranties that I was happy to discover. For example, I just got 3 months of YouTube premium for free with the membership.
One slight hiccup was that we needed 2 appointments. One to deliver the machine and another for the installation. We weren’t aware of this and had to wait a few weeks for the installation while the machine was nice and cozy in the garage and the car sat outside. Other than that Bestbuy installed the new machine quickly and professionally. A great experience all around.

I’ve had this treadmill for a few months now and wanted to provide an honest review.
Pros:
It’s a beautiful treadmill with plenty of power, incline, decline, gorgeous screen. Doesn’t feel cheap in its materials. Pricing was perfect. The deck is supportive and cushioned just right. I’m a big guy at 6’3 215lbs, and it works just fine. I like the iFIT platform in terms of entertaining running workouts, but there’s also a con.
Cons:
-The fan is a joke, it hardly blows air. I’m a heavy sweater, I sweat thinking about working out and this thing is weak! It’s a small fan, and it’s angled at my waist. Imagine your laptop fan trying to cool you during a 10miles run.
-The touchscreen is buggy. It’s not responsive which requires me to hit the same button three times just to get it to select.
-iFIT is EXPENSIVE, you get a year free but after that if you want a family plan it’s $400/yr. Which is astronomical in my opinion.
Ultimately, I’d buy this treadmill again because the price was great. But be prepared to hate the fan, the buggy touch screen, and to pony up for iFIT in a year.

I absolutely love my treadmill. I used to pay $180 every month for a membership to Orange Theory and it became too much of an expense after a few years. This treadmill allows me to do workouts off the treadmill also which I LOVE. So I dont just do cardio but I also do weights etc. It is very quiet and the incline is up to 12. LOVE

I LOVE this treadmill! Everything about it is more than adequate. Using iFit to explore new places has been wonderful. The only reason I knocked off a star is because it isn’t folding straight and I’ve only used it 5 or 6 times. I didn’t notice it before, so I’m not sure if something is loose or bent, or it was misaligned during assembly. I did pay to have it assembled and will be calling to get it looked at.

We are pumped that your treadmill has been working well for you and that you love the iFIT membership taking you to places around the globe. We love it too!
Have you been able to get assistance to get this unit to fold straight? It does sound like something with assembly could have been slightly off.

I purchased the ProForm Pro 9000 Treadmill in black, expecting the latest model as advertised, but was disappointed to receive an older version. Despite its decent build and features, the discrepancy between the product received and what was advertised was a major letdown. I had to return it and can only give it 2 stars for the misleading information and the hassle involved.

Preform pro 9000 is one solid machine. The speed and incline options are easy to operate. The iFit program is very good and fun. The only issue I have to actually connect the Bluetooth to your own bt headphones. I guess I just need to practice it more. I use my tablet and it holds it well off their screen.

Not sure where others get good quality. I just had mine put together and it is falling apart everywhere. The plastics dont stick flush in many locations and motor covers are loose. I would take pictures of all parts falling off but it would be too many. The bigger issues is that running belt is very small and weak and curves out on edges which make noise when roll on back as well as stains that came on belt. For this price you are better off with NordicTrack, better build and no issues like this.

Been using regularly for 6 months. Quality is good. I just wish the screen could display netflix. Such a waste to have such a huge screen and not be able to watch programs of your choice on it.
Also the touchscreen is a bit slow in responsiveness compared to modern day tablets and cell phones.

Got this during Black Friday Special, I love it! The big screen is amazing and the IFIT membership that came with it is amazing. The personal trainers are super motivating. I did most of the installing myself but when I had to install the screen I needed help because I didn't want to break it. My best purchase this year.
