I have had the bike 6 days, and have rode it 5 days total so far. To start off the assembly was quick we watched a YouTube video and got it done fast. After that I had some issues with the software due to possibly the bike being in the ware house and not receiving updates. I contacted ifit and the rep was amazing we uninstalled and reinstalled and it was working great after. I started with beginner bike classes riding all over the world. I enjoy the tours of different places along with a great workout. I use my Apple Watch to see my heart rate. Don’t be fooled the beginner classes are intense. I haven’t done a prerecorded studio class yet but I plan on it. Im glad I made the purchase to me it’s just a great as a peloton if not better for much lower price. I like getting more for my buck and with the proform I definitely did.

Proform is truly a horrible company. As soon as you buy the product it’s full of bugs and this is no difference. It does not update, constant error when update completed and their customer service sucks. You should not buy anything proform. And Best Buy should not sell anything proform. An absolute horrible company.

My experience with the ProForm Pro C22 bike has been so great that I had to share with everyone. This machine is high quality, heavy steel. It is easy to move around using the wheels on the front of the bike. It comes with two 3lb weights and a 1 year membership to iFit. I can use regular earphones, or connect my bluetooth ones. It also has speakers if you don’t want to wear earphones. The massive 22 inch screen is beautiful and responsive to touch and the bike overall is quiet . Unpacking was a workout in itself…..in a good way. Packed very well with plenty of protection. At first the instructions looked intimidating but it was straight forward and it was easy to put together. I had someone helping me in the process but any one can do it with a few simple tools that you should have around the house (screwdriver, mallet, scissors, adjustable wrench). Took us around an hour to complete from unpacking to setup of the iFit software. Once put together, you plug in the bike and the screen turns on and loads. It prompts you to set up membership and a profile which asks you a series of questions in order to personalize your experience. As a beginner, I was impressed by the simplicity and user friendly interface it has. There are so many options for doing a workout. You can choose to do a manual workout that shows you going around a track and you can adjust the resistance level up to a whopping 24 levels. You can also choose to do studio or road workouts (which I love) which put you in the actual place where the bike workout is like along a coast, or in the mountains. You can search workouts by duration, workout type, intensity, landmarks, and many other options. Beautiful video, and it keeps my interest and motivates me to keep going, rather than just looking at my wall when I am exercising. I will never go back to a bike with less options like this bike gives you. So as you can tell, I love this bike and can honestly say that I enjoyed using this workout equipment and would recommend it to anyone beginning to workout or someone who has been doing it for a while. This bike is everything i could have imagined and more! I am very happy to have it. I was a bit concerned when i I received it and the box had some damage from delivery but as soon as i opened up the box i was reassured that everything was going to be fine. It was beautifully packaged to protect every piece inside. Setting it up was much easier than anticipated, it took my wife and I about 20 minutes, plus another few minutes for the system to set up. The directions were detailed and everything was labeled. Once everything was set up, we of course had to test it out right away. We have quite a height difference and the seat was very easy to adjust between uses. I was a bit concerned, beinging a heavier guy, that it may not support me or it may scoot across the floor like some previous bikes i have used but to my surprise it didn't! This thing is solid! It also came with a 1 year membership to iFit! This program in addition to this amazing BIG screen makes it hard to not want to ride all the time! From the different levels of resistance, to the many, many different places you can explore and trainers that make it seem like reality, i honestly cant get enough! My wife really likes how the screen turns around away from the bike and she can use it for other exercises like yoga. We've had it for a few weeks now and still continue to find new features. Our kids even like to hop on and go on "vacations". I never knew a bike could have so much to offer, i am glad i I finally gave in and got one. I have been wanting a spin bike for a while now since none of the gyms in my town offer spin classes. I have done a lot of research and decided to go with the ProForm Pro C22 spin bike. This bike was so easy to assemble and once assembled you can move it around with ease. It also comes with one year of iFit coach free which was another major selling point for me! The 22 inch screen is AMAZING!! It feels like your in class with the instructors or actually on a bike ride on the trails. And speaking of bike rides the views on the bikes rides are breathtakingly beautiful! There so so many options for all riders from beginners to advanced. I have wanted a spin bike forever!!! I finally got one and can't be more happier that this is the one I chose. The screen is so big, which means it's very easy to see! You can choose from either studio rides or road rides. The road rides are out of this world!!! It makes you feel like you are actually there! I can also add extra users if I would like which I will be adding my husband soon so we can both experience this! The pedals and seat that came with the bike are perfect, I have had no issue using them. The seat and handlebars can both be adjusted so you can ride comfortable. It can hold a range of weights which is amazing! It's very stable sitting on my carpet. This bike also came with a year subscription to ifit. There are so many bike rides and personal trainers it's so awesome! You can also swivel the screen to adjust to where you may need to do exercises at! This also comes with 3 pound weights which are easy to reach while riding. Overall this bike is absolutely amazing with a wide range of different rides to choose from. I’m too excited to have this Pro-Form Pro C22 stationary bike. I actually got an assembler to put it together because I didn’t want to make a mess and within not even an hour all by himself without any help from me he put it together. Even he said it was a great piece of workout equipment. I don’t know where to start with this beautiful piece of equipment but the most greatest part of the bike is of course the bicycle itself, but I’m in love with the 22 inch smart HD touchscreen display. I mean it even swivels. I’m a nurse and need stress relief, this makes my garage, turned into my home gym, complete. I love bicycling and do outdoor biking often here in Florida. I don’t always have time to go down to the bridge or the trial to bike. This bike completes my need to cycle without leaving my home. The one year membership to iFit is a dream come true and an amazing perk that came totally free. In truth I couldn't ask for more. Really streamlined bike heavy in weight, so stays solidly based on the floor, no rocking or unbalanced feeling. Love the front wheels, makes it comfortable to easily move to different locations in my garage. I consider myself a medium to advanced rider and this bike helps me to meet my needs and allows me to further develop my more advanced goals. This bike has 24 resistance levels, you can’t beat that. Handlebars are easily adjustable and I’m using the two 3 lbs weights, which it came with (nice extra), while cycling which is further refining and developing my hand leg coordination. As a nurse I turn, lift and support patients so this bike actually aids in improving my strength and stamina and also lowers my stress level. I've been wanting to get a spin bike for quite some time and I'm so glad that I got this one. It was really easy to put together, took about 45 minutes. I like that the screen is so big because it really makes you feel like you're immersed in the ride experiences and makes it easy to see all of your stats on the screen. I also really like that it has the option for studio rides or road rides. I took one ride that was through Hawaii and it made me feel like I was getting to see the island from my bike. There is an option to create different users on there so my husband and I both have a profile and it tracks all of our stats individually. I've been using the pedals and seat that came with the bike and they've been working just fine! There's a rack on the back of the bike for weights and they are pretty easy to reach back and grab when you need them in the middle of a ride. I've been able to adjust the seat a few times until I found just the right spot for me, and the instructors give you guidance as well to make sure you are riding with proper form. Overall, this is a great bike with a nice screen and a wide variety of rides to take! I have been wanting a spin bike forever now. After a long year of stress eating and no gyms open I finally buckled down and ordered one. After tons of research I decided to go with this model, the ProForm Pro C22. The giant screen and all of the features available plus the price is what drew me towards this model. Not only that but it also comes with a free year of iFit! Thankfully it was doable to put together on my own and with the wheels in the front I can easily move it around if needed. Everything is easily adjustable for different riders or sizes and heights. It’s very easy to adjust the seat and the handlebars at anytime. I was ready for my first ride within a few hours after receiving. The iFit classes are amazing and definitely make working out feel a whole lot less boring. You really feel like you are in an actual class. The added addition of the weights also intensifies things. You would think 3lbs would be easy but it’s a great addition to the bike. The 22in screen also swivels around which I love. I can do other exercises using iFit other than bike rides. I love laying out a mat and doing yoga, weights and cardio. You really can have everything with this one machine. I love how there are classes for everyone, wether you are a beginner or advanced. The size of the bike is exactly was I was looking for, it's not too bulky. The seat was less than desirable, though. It was so small and uncomfortable. We had to buy a different seat. The thing that is more annoying is the iFit software. It was working fine at first, but then about 10 rides in, it started to become glitchy. It would stop in the middle of a ride, or not save a workout after I was done. Then the online customer service is not that great. There were just a series of back and forth emails, where nothing was ever resolved because I went on vacation for 4 days and they closed my "ticket" due to a lack of response. I eventually reset the machine twice before it started working correctly, again.

Is pretty good bike the only issue is that u have to pay separately to download a hiking experience but overall I like it .

As a stay-at-home mom of two boys I don’t have time to go to the gym. Having a state-of-the-art spin bike downstairs is a dream come true! My favorite part about this bike is the 22-inch smart HD touchscreen display. I also love that it swivels so I can do my warm up and yoga. The handlebars and the seat are easily adjustable. It also has a spot for your water bottle in the center and comes with a set of weights stored behind you. The pedals have straps and can encase the tip of your shoe. I also really like the emergency stop button. The handles are well padded and comfortable to hold and the seat is comfortable to sit on, even for longer rides. This spin bike has everything you’re looking for and more! A great piece of equipment with amazing programs. The I Fit software makes working out so much more enjoyable, and the programs automatically change resistance and speed requirements to keep you on pace and on target.

ProForm-Pro C22 is a great purchase. Quality all the way. However, the 30-day free iFit isn't really free unless you actually purchase a plan.

Worst purchase ive ever made. This company obviously employs people that cannot develop software as this thing has problems in every single facet. It cant even turn on without troubleshooting and im not talking intermittently its constant.. It seems this company would rather invest in shoving its subscription model down your throat than make a decent product. Basically stealing money from customers with this lemon junk

Building a covid workout room this year helped immensely. This bike was a fraction of the cost of other brands and the quality is amazing. Can I just talk about the screen size?! Incredible! I was a bit worried about setup because I had nobody to help but I was able to complete the entire setup myself. Arrived quickly and all parts and instructions were easy to find and follow. I am loving the variety of the ifit classes and getting a year free with purchase was amazing! Bike has the shoe cages, but you can replace them with clip on if you prefer. Easy to move around due to the wheels! And included weights were just a bonus. Adjustable handlebars and seat are great if you’re short like me!

great Value over all. my only complaint is the seat aka saddle. good thing is it can be easily replaced with an aftermarket saddle.
