It's been over a year since purchasing this machine and I am very pleased with the quality and the workout I get. I had Geek Squad install it (they had to come back and resolve the squeaks which turned out to be just the tightening of the bolts on the base. I mainly use the manual workouts and the free pre-programmed workouts. When I purchased this machine it also came with a year free of the IFIT programs. I also love the look of this machine (reminds me of the TRON cycles). I do recommend Geek Squad to install it because if anything goes wrong they will come back and resolve it. The only negative is the heart rate monitor grips don't give accurate reading, I use a wearable Bluetooth heart monitor instead, (connects automatically) that works much better to monitor your heart rate throughout the workout without holding on to the heart rate grips of the machine. Got it at a great price too..

I used to go to the gym 4-5 times a week. I've been supplementing my gym workouts for home workouts, but have missed my favorite machines (especially the elliptical I used every day). This has been EXACTLY what I needed to keep my fitness on track. - Great range of motion (I'm 6'4" so I was worried about the steps being too small). - Very quiet (had some small squeaks & creaks at first, but they have subsided). - Lots of free content (I waited to activate my free 1-year iFit sub, and was very pleased with the amount of free workouts to watch as I was getting familiar with the services). Really relaxing to go along with a trainer on a hike in the mountains or on a beach. - Compact in size and easy to roll away to open up space when not working out. - The fan sounds a little flimsy, but works really well. Based on the other reviews, I was happy I didn't try putting it together myself. I highly recommend having Geek Squad professionally assemble it for you. Very, very pleased overall. I love this machine. The workout is pretty intense. IFit program is amazing. I did have to buy gloves to wear. On high resistance I push down on the arms and it felt like my sweaty hands were going to slip. The gloves did the trick.

So far this has been a complete waste. Came in cracked, appears to be cosmetic so I could live with it but there's a loud squeek when I pedal. I've used it for ten minutes and been on the phone with the completely helpless customer service for an hour....

5 star review for the machine itself. 1 star for Best Buy’s delivery service. I originally purchased the H7 with the smaller screen, delivery guys messed up the install so bad that it started making horrible sounds. I realized they used the wrong screws on the pedal leg joints. Called Best Buy to tell them to come fix it, but decided to just upgrade to the H14. 2 months and 2 delivery cancellations later I finally got the H14 delivered and installed and the H7 taken away. As for the new machine, I made sure they put it together correctly using the right bolts, and low and behold this thing is super silent and incredibly smooth. Resistance goes up to 26 but anything above 10 kicks your butt. Glad I decided to upgrade to the 14” screen as it’s amazing to look at while following trainers through scenic walks and hikes.

We love this machine, my husband loves this unit I think I made a wise purchase but only time will tell, now we have no excuses for not working out because I turned a guest room/office room into a gym room/office thanks to the space saving design.

We loved this machine, it’s very sturdy and does not wobble or give in any way, I love the iFIT program as well, it tracks your progress and motivates you to do more, even earning awards like tshirts for accomplishments. We added the extended warranty and we’re glad we did, with a household of 6 everyone was using the machine, some working it hard, and we had maintenance issues that were resolved with no issues at all. Overall a great unit, and very space saving for a smaller workout area.

Assembly was straight forward. Instructions were easy to follow. Took about an hour/hour and a half to assemble. Provides as tough a workout as you are willing to push for. The iFit program although geared toward elliptical or treadmill users is a great tool that provides intense workouts. Solid addition to the home gym thus far.

One of the best pieces of exercise equipment I’ve ever owned. Right up until it broke after 8 months. The axel broke away from the drive pulley. 5 weeks later the service company completed the repair. 6 weeks after the repair, the machine is making banging noises each downstroke of the pedal or pull on the handles. Have requested a warranty replacement and currently waiting on ProForm’s follow up / decision. When this thing is working it’s amazing, however, it’s reliability and quality leave much to be desired.

We use this everyday. Love it. Only 2 complaints. The display is on 24/7. Which I do feel like that is going to be an issue in a few years. The other thing is that it seems to have a click/squeaky noise while using it.

Had it now for a week and happy with the purchase. I had Geek Squad put it together for me. However, reading the reviews am I the only one so out of shape I can't last more than 90 seconds in warm-up manual mode? My thigh muscles start to burn and I can't go anymore. Resistance level 1, going about 4-5 mph, according to the screen. I've been using my treadmill for months, 20-30 minutes a day, but this thing simply kicks my butt!! Am I doing something wrong or are my legs just not as in shape as I thought?

Overall its a great machine. Im about 35 lbs under the 325 weight limit, therefore I test the limits... but I bought a more expensive unit hoping it would be more stable. Shakes a bit throughout workout, but my much smaller wife is happy with it. Big dudes may want to go with a longer more stable unit. Part of the reason we got this is because its compact.

I did a lot of research before buying this product. I wanted a stairmill but I do not have the ceiling space to accommodate. This machine is like a stair climber and elliptical mix. Gets a great cardio workout with numerous options of workouts to choose from. I have had this machine for a few weeks and I love the cardio/leg/glute workout I get after each use. Pro form is great because it comes with a free year of iFit. Will be expensive to renew once the year is done, but so is a gym membership.

Love the machine. It does make more noise than I like. A clicking on the pedals and the screen has frozen twice and had to be reset. But do love it

Only had this a few weeks and have used the heck out of it. Had an old stair climber that took up way too much room and was getting old. Figured I'd try this one for the wife and I and we have not been let down by it. My wife does general workouts on these while I use this both pre & post runs to better train my legs and cardio for hilly runs. Adding in stair climbing to my running has not increased my pace but sure has helped me not slow down when running up hills. I like the quad and glute engagement better on this than a traditional stair climber. Hopefully this will translate to the same or better results than our traditional climber. Time will tell.

A bolt on the foot pedal arm sheered off after 8months of use. The company sent me replacement parts but has failed to arrange installation of those parts, although it's within the 1yr parts and labor period. After six weeks of phone and email promises to arrange installation the manuf. has abandoned honoring their warranty. Best Buy tells me I must continue to try to get the manuf to complete the installation even though I purchased a BB extended warranty. BB offers no assistance in dealing with the manuf. failures. BB continues to sell and promote this product.

I am enjoying this elliptical and using the ifit membership that comes with it. Lots of fun training exercises, runs, walks, etc. The quality of this elliptical is pretty’s solid. It’s definitely a two person operation to put this beast together. A few months in, some of the internal screws that come factory assembled started to rub and get lose. A 13mm ratchet did the job. Not sure why it started to cause issues 2 months in but they were correctable without calling for service for now. Hopefully any parts that go, fall within the warranty time frame.

Love this machine. It takes some getting used to as it isn’t your standard elliptical but once you do it is a great workout snd very compact so it’s not taking up nearly as much space.

Screen died on it after 1 month and there is no power switch to turn off the unit when not in use. A big design flaw for a $3k machince. Ph and don't forget your monthly subscription fees to ifit to make it more expensive.
