For the price, the features are great. It was more difficult to put together that anticipated, the tools are not great and angles/tight spaces for screws make it hard to get them in. Happy with it so far.

Offered iFit for a year only had 30 days, I’ve seen better anyways, won’t be renewing. As for the machine it’s self, it’s grate, it’s been a while since I’ve been to the gym so I’ll struggling but it’s a great workout

it is way overly priced for the product. I dont like the ifit on the display to use at the first time use.

It's a good workout when I use it. Was somewhat difficult to set up. make sure the press and hold the Bluetooth button to bypass the unnecessary subscription option.

Love this machine! Amazing workout even after just 10minutes. Size is perfect. TThe the aux port I can play my own music. Also with long legs this machine is wonderful. I would always hit my knees on the elliptical but I don’t on this. Only thing I did not like is a week after I bought it the price went down $200

Purchased this right as Covid hit and very happy that I did. Delivery was very easy and the guys brought it up 3 flights of stairs and put it in the exact room I wanted. I didn't opt for them to put it together so I did that myself. Assembly was not extremely difficult but time consuming. Once set up it was good to go. Made an odd sound for a little while (like something was caught inside of one of the steppers but after a month of use I heard something pop or snap and it never made that noise again (never had issues). So i assume its user error putting it together. Over all I use it 3x a week minimum, get a great workout, comfortable yet has many difficult resistance features. I use the tablet holder and watch shows (only signed up for the workouts through proform during the free trial...not for me). Overall I was very happy with my purchase and the fact that I didn't need to carry it up 3 flights of stairs.

This elliptical is perfect for any level workout. I'm a beginner and lost 3 pounds the first week. My husband exercises vigorously and has also enjoyed it! There are many different intensities and programmed workouts for all levels. Give it a try!

This machine has been fantastic! It’s well built & super sturdy (my kids hang on it all the time). I definitely get a better workout on here than a traditional elyptical. I highly recommend it!

Decent machine. Heart rate monitor isn’t accurate at all.

The ProForm HIIT Elliptical is a great workout. More of a stair climb than traditional ellipticals tha I've used at the gym. Great burn! Heavy, solid and whisper quiet. Easy to assemble.

The eliptical locked up when I first recieved it and I had to move the fly wheel by hand to use it. That issue went away and was replaced with a clicking sound and vibration which sounds like a bearing issue. They sent a technician who gave it a quick look and said everything was OK. He did not check the bearings. This will be a greater problem in the future since it has already started. I called for the 3rd time and they started to tell me to take it apart and that I could fix it myself if I wanted. Then they told me to video the machine while I was working out and the problem was occurring. Way too much money for a machine that has not worked correctly from the 1st use. Should have bought the BowFlex!

If you want an amazing workout in a short amount of time, then look no further!! I would recommend getting this is a must addition to any home gym.

I am new to the fitness scene and this machine has been my best friend coupled with the treadmill. The iFit subscription has allowed me to take on beginner programs that have eased me into my fitness journey. I am actually running and can go for the thirty minute sessions consecutively; which 2 minutes used to kill me !

I am rating one star only because the item was advertised to include a one year membership to iFit... the item doesn't come with any membership.

It does come with a year of ifit. But I had to call Best Buy customer service for them to send me the code after they verified that it was suppose to come with it. It took about 48 hours before I received it. And to get the console to activate without ifit hold down on Bluetooth till it comes on.

I was worried about buying this because I have had a knee replacement but it is easy for me to use . Great machine

Purchase two days ago, already makes a knocking sound. Considered buying the $200 service plan but literally cannot reach customer service. An hour on hold with no answer, email sent, support request on website, DMed on Twitter, texted support number. Seriouslyy, do not buy this machine until they fix their support issue. Unacceptable, two thumbs way down.
