Meh, the machine itself is fine. What I didn't like was that it was required to setup a subscription before you could unlock the machine. I had to call the customer service line 3 times to explain to them I wanted to use the machine and NOT the added service, before they finally gave me the work-around to unlocking the machine for use.

Works as advertised. I do not use the ifit portion I only use the built in programs and have had no problems with it, except makes use sweat alot and tend to run myself and my spouse out. Great cardio.

Wife & I love this eliptical. We both use it every single day. Had a problem with one of the parts breaking but they shipped us the part immediately and sent someone to install it for us. Highly recommend this.

Very well built piece of excercise equipment. Did much research before purchasing and made the correct choice. It delivers a great HIIT workout, whisper quiet and the free 1 year ifit is an added bonus.

It broke the first week I got it they just finished fixing it yesterday it took long to repair because they sent the wrong part the first time so that delayed the repairs.

The machine is bronen more than it is operational. Continued issues with the pre assembled pieces have the technician returning often. Ive had the machine for 2 years and it has been maybe operational for 1 of those 3 years sparradically. Id recommend purchasing a non hiit elliptical where the design is more flushed out.

I purchase d the proform Hitt trainer, stated 1 year i-fit membership included with purchase. Delivered and set up on a friday and could not start the machine, needed IFIT activation code to start. I Called customer service, on hold for an hour , only to be told that I needed to call Ifit directly. Called Ifit and they were closed until Monday. Customer service is terrible! Why is the code not included in the box so that I can start using my machine???? Does this mean I can not use my machine at all unless I purchase an additional membership? Spent all this money and have a machine that I can not even use!!!!

this machine is a nightmare to put together and then you have to jump through hoops to get the display activated. do yourself a favor and say far far away. spend the extra money for a quality machine
