Considering how much I paid for it it’s not too bad however it needs to be fixed and is not eligible even with the geek squad warranty.

I love this bike and I love that it came with a year of IFIT coaching. The seat is a little hard but I will get use to it.

There is an inherent defect in the connector that connects the resistance motor to the display. I had 2 different units fail within a few days of delivery. I returned them and switched to another brand. Pro Form’s customer service was absolutely horrible. Thank goodness Best Buy stands behind the products they sell!

I rode about five times a week. I haven’t had any problems.

Was looking for a good quality exercise bike for my home. Was very disappointed with this product. The tension did not work as described and the wi-fi connectivity was poor. We returned this bike for a refund.

Items resistance feature does not function correctly. Workmanship is unimpressive. Weld on wheel is gapped and coming apart. Metal is pitted.

The reed switch is not sensing any motions, do not buy this machine

Purchased this two weeks ago because it was on sale and I was really excited about using it initially for iFit but then also for Peloton. I had been spinning for several users and recently was looking to get back into it. Below are details on my experience that I think are important to share. I also recommend searching other sites for reviews before purchasing. The bike was delivered and upon unboxing and putting the bike together, I was really impressed how nice the bike looked and felt in terms of quality. The bike was very easy to put together and other than one confusing part with the directions, I had no trouble. Unfortunately, as soon as the bike was put together and I tried to use the screen and computer system, it all feel apart. First off, there is no power on/off button so in order to turn it on or off, you have to unplug it. More of an annoyance than anything else. The other key note is that in order to use the bike, you have to have it plugged into power. Otherwise you will not be able to change the resistance which is controlled via the computer touch screen. This second point is only a concern because it means that you are reliant on the computer working in order to use the bike. Once the computer dies, the bike is essentially worthless. This leads to the biggest issue... When I first turned on the bike I did the necessary software update and then signed up for my iFit trial on the bike. I then climbed on and started my first ride. About 10 minutes into the ride, the video stopped and I received an error message. Thought it was odd so tried again. Same thing after a couple minutes. I gave up for the day and tried again the next day. This time when I turned on the bike (plugged it in), the system hung while loading. I turned it off and back on. This time it loaded so I tried again to ride. The system crashed again. Tried one more time and same thing. I was never able to get in a full ride without the system crashing. I should also mention that the bike is in the basement directly below my router so it is not an internet issue. I could have reached out to the company to see about fixing it but the experience was so immediately poor, that I decided I didn't want to risk being stuck with a poor quality bike and dealing with custome service and decided to return it. One other thing to mention, while riding the bike did have a pinging sound from the wheel. It sounded like something wasn't quite right with it. Didn't seem to impact the ride but was just another quality concern. Overall this bike looks great and in theory the iFit classes are really cool but if you can't trust the computer then this is pretty worthless.

I thought this was the best bike ever until a pedal broke. And even with warranty I am having to pay half as much as the bike cost to get it fixed. I also hate thatyou have to have an iFIT account to operate. I thought I was going to be able to use Peloton. But I have learned to like IFIT

THE POSITIVES: The bike is very solid and well made. It is quiet, has a good range of resistance, and console is easy to use. The iFit app that it is bundled with has great classes. The trainers are awesome and I love the scenery in the virtual rides, THE NEGATIVES This is a big one. The trainer led resistance which the company advertises as working with this bike DOES NOT work correctly when on hilly terrain. Resistance will not adjust or will actually go DOWN when going UP hill. ICON clearly has developed it with their NordicTrack incline-enabled bikes in mind even though they also bundle it with their Proform bikes. This is an issue that feels like it could be solved with software that would increase the resistance in Proform bikes when incline is enabled in the NT bikes. But ICON has not solved this issue despite being aware of it through feedback in their official members’ FB page. I feel like ICON owes it to their Proform owners to give them the experience they were promised. I would give the bike a 4 if not for this issue.
