Great bike at a great price
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After seeing the bikes and how much a friend paid I decided to try out the ProForm. It is awesome. I find I use the outdoor rides and workouts much more than the studio. It is smooth, it is quiet, and has push button resistance. A bigger screen would be nice but works just fine. The trainers are fun and engaging. It makes the workout go by so fast.

No usb..can’t stream only their app and you have to pay almost half of what you paid for it to return it and customer service was not even trying to help out so you can keep it unbelievable.. We are sorry to hear that this bike didn’t meet your full expectations. You are correct, this machine does not have a USB port built into it and is not advertised to have one. Best Buy manages their own inventory of our products as well as delivery and returns. We recommend working with them regarding a return.

PIECE OF CRAP. DO NOT BUY
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.DO NOT BUY unless you want an expensive clothes hanger. Not Best Buy's fault. This is a proform issue. First my bike pedals came cross threaded on both sides. Tried to get the people from proform warranty out to fix. They ordered parts. Parts came for one pedal. So they didn't fix and ordered more parts. Parts finally came. Could NOT ever get someone out to come back and fix it from their warranty. Ive had my bike going on two years in November. It worked 2 of those months. Their warranty person kept closing out my ticket if I missed her call even though I would call and email her back. My husband fixed the pedals but now we can't get the belt back on because this bike has the worst design. Plus him fixing it voided our warranty but we had no options. Run. DO NOT BUY THIS BIKE. Im out $900 on this bike. I should of listened to other reviewers. Hopefully I can get a repair company out to fix it but that now comes out of my pocket. If I could sue this company, I would.
