Whether you are walking or running it continues to run smoothly. Great machine for the price. The instructions to put it together a not the best but once it is together it works great!

I like that it can connect to a phone/tablet and be controlled from that device. Has features I cared about the most, and I’m very happy with the purchase. Did take some time to put it together. I believe between my wife and I, it took about 4 hours. It did fly by though.

If you want to save 3 hours of your life, make sure they install it. (Side story here - i did buy the “total tech” membership to get delivery/installation/haul away of my old treadmill and somehow the whole tech team for installs got injured on one job and they couldnt install for months so i did it myself). This thing is a hunk of plastic garbage, The belt is pretty narrow, and the motor is slow with speed changes. And how does $900 in 2023 not get you a heart rate monitor built in? Seems like a basic function that existed on treadmills 15 years ago. And they want you to sign up for their subscription workout crap, not even explaining how to bypass it, i had to google it to find out that i needed to HOLD the ifit button for a while to just use it as a treadmill. All in all this is just bad. Avoid it. Save up some more money and buy a better quality treadmill or use the money on a gym membership instead and get access to so much more than a treadmill.
