Total tech protection also is a hassle as no employees seem to know what to do. Calling endless numbers and being told to call another department. I am still here with a broken treadmill , do not recommend this treadmill or Best Buy total tech

I went home and told my husband. He reviewed the records and found that they had given us incorrect information in order to exceed the return date. I went to the store and explained to the employee what happened, and he gave me a letter allowing me to return the product. I returned after that. I rented a truck and brought the device, but the store manager told me that he did not return the product and did not care about the letter, and he behaved with me very rudely. It was a bad experience, even though I am a regular customer, but they did not care, and I did not even receive a response to the email that I sent.

A little heavy to raise up and down on your own but other than that it is a great treadmill, have had no issues with it at all. I did use the service where BB will deliver and install and that was fast.
