I like a lot. It’s great! I buy for a gift for my wife.

Not happy at all. We are waiting on the company to get back with us. Really hard to put together and it seems as though a part os missing. Thats what we are trying to figure out from the company. Very frustrating!

Instructions were a little weird to follow but in the end I got it done!

This is an excellent easy to use no bells or whistles tread mill. I really like this treadmill. My treadmill was delivered and assembled in my home. The folks that put the treadmill together were great.

Just bought in December last year and after 2 weeks Started getting electric shocks on the metals From January 5 Till date I m calling to solve my problems. No one is trying to help It is very risky in my house because I have a 3 years daughter I tried to tell them still they tell me that you will get a call from our team Which I really don’t know which team I have a 5yrs protection plan from Best Buy but they said we can’t do anything because you are in warranty from porform so why best buy charge me for 5 years The company kept me hanging for 5 months till date And best buy will help me after my warranty expires I have no idea who is playing

Good treadmill, easy to set up. It took less than 1 hr to put it together.

Works perfectly for what we bought it for. No need to have iFit sub to use.

Love it. Good for everyday life. Itsxreally easy to use.

This treadmill wotks flawless and great for our in home gym

After about a year the treadmill completely stops while you mid workout. Total tech protection also is a hassle as no employees seem to know what to do. Calling endless numbers and being told to call another department. I am still here with a broken treadmill , do not recommend this treadmill or Best Buy total tech

It works well. Just needs to be occasionally reset. Love the fan option on it. Hate that you have to give out personal financial information and sign up for programs you may not want to pay for after you’ve already paid for the item and gotten it home. Canceling these extras is not as easy as they make it sound. But if you don’t the item won’t turn on.

First one I bought was fully assembled but missing a key and the treadmill hold up device would not screw in all the way. Contacted best buy who confirmed they would replace with another and it would come fully assembled. That was not the case.

I consider this treadmill to be defective. After assembling it and turning it on, it sounded weird. Instead of a smooth constant sound, the motor sounded like it was struggling. I got on it and sure enough, the treadmill “stuttered” under my feet. My knees are bad and this stalling of the treadmill, made me painfully twist my knee! After loosening and tightening the belt and seeing that nothing helped I called the company and they sent out a tech to repair it ( the treadmill not my knee). The tech said it was normal… that the treadmill is supposed to do that so that it gets me to move faster. That is the most ridiculous thing a tech could say! I had my kids un assemble it and I took it back to the store for a refund. Worst treadmill I’ve ever had. Sorry.
