I am talking with the 8th best buy agent and have talked with the manufacturer. I purchased this product on March 17, 2023. I have used it, to my satisfaction for the last 30 days. Yesterday, the machine stopped working after the control panel, I am guessing, burned out. Smoke was coming from the control panel. This is when my journey began with support and still do not have anyone coming to repair.

It is sturdy and performs well for the basic functions we use. Note you don't have to use iFit at all, even though the instructions mislead you into thinking it's required.

Will never buy from them again. I'm a long time member and bought this treadmill in November of 2023 and didn't receive it until January of 2024. They had a 3rd party team deliver and install it. That team put a hole in my wall and never told me about it. The treadmill zaps me when going and turns right off every time. Tried many times for a return and only getting money back for treadmill not delivery even though they did a crap job delivering it. All in all not worth it.

Setting up the treadmill confused me at first but once I got it going it was easy. Don't need a membership to use it at all

The tread sticks and is dangerous to run on. Only use if you’re trying to do walking/speed walking. The fan is really loud also.

Great treadmill for the price.

They were able to put it together in about 30 minutes. I have been using this treadmill for almost a week and I have no complaints. I’ve owned a treadmill in the past and it was not nearly as good as this one. I do recommend you pay for the installation and they took the trash with them which was a plus. The machine is also very quiet.

However, once put together and turned on for the first time, the treadmill became fixed at the highest incline. I tried recalibrating, as suggested in the manual and online, but nothing seemed to work. I am not sure if I just got a lemon, but I ended up returning this one, and shopping another brand of treadmill. PS - Best Buy customer service was extremely helpful with the return process.

We are very sorry that your treadmill was stuck on the highest incline after being assembled. Occasionally, new treadmills will do an incline calibration when they are first turned on but it is very uncommon for them to stay inclined. The speed would change randomly in manual mode, it would beep when it wasn't on, and would start without inputting any selections. Very dangerous. I purchased the Best Buy warranty, but because it is within the manufacturer window, they are unable to assit me. The manufacturer is NOT helpful in resolving issues.
