Great Treadmill

Hey, good news! The warranty time period pauses when a unit is being serviced. Your warranty then resumes after the repair is completed. Your warranty should not have expired while you are still receiving care for the equipment.

Good machine, but using it not user friendly

I do not like the fact that you need to have an iFIT account and link your phone to it via Bluetooth to use it. Even if you want to use their programmed walking sessions. I would simply like to get on it and set up my own walking session. Also have to disconnect your phone and sync up another person’s phone if they want to use it. They also need their own iFIT account.

I did purchase an extended warranty from Best Buy, which doesn’t start until the manufacture warranty ends. It’s frustrating.

A real lemon

Machine never worked properly. After 1 week it needed new part a repair. Second part and repair was after only 2 weeks of ownership. Over 20 years I’ve had 3 ProForm treadmills. This has been a real disappointment.
