Potentially faulty motor

Stepping the on treadmill would cause the belt to stop as well. Returning and exchanging as I think its possible something could just be faulty. Will update my review when I get a replacement.

Disappointing purchase

The belt has jerky movement. Two days after installation, the metal parts of the machine giving light electric shocks. Disappointed

Good luck getting this together

The steps don’t make sense, I got 3 left handles, and one right instead of 2 and 2. I don’t even know how this treadmill works because it’s impossible to put together even with the crappy built app.

Don’t buy the unit is a huge fire risk

It’s not even one month old . Stay away from this

I have a screen readout that shows two dashes and the belt will not move. I paid the extra for total tech and no one is available in my area.
