    after being rescheduled by the best buy installers 5 times, I finally got the treadmill. The wrong parts were in the box and the walking belt dragged. I have never gotten to use it as I am waiting for an exchange. No one at best buy has gotten in touch with me yet. Can't rate a product that is defective.
