Not buy this product. Has zero support

When I called best buy they told I need to call proform because of 1 year manufacturer warranty. Called proform and created a ticket. They trying to help just over the phone which i could not correct. I responded to proform with the persisting issue. Proform does not even care of it. I would not recommend to this product with having so much of hazzle inspite of taking extended warranty

Last year I purchased both this treadmill and a Proform elliptical, and both have had numerous issues and have gone extended periods of times without functioning. Currently my treadmill will randomly shut off while being used. Very dangerous. Next issue was the belt slide off, again while being used. Very dangerous. Followed Proforms directions on resolving to only find more broken parts. Both the quality and customer service for Proform is severely lacking. Extremely disappointed in the waste of money.

Horrible

Dissatisfied Customer

I was not told that I needed 2 different appointments. One to drop it off and then one to assemble it. After 3 months I received it. Now the machine is making noises after using it twice. Very disappointed in Customer Service. Will try to reach out to them again. The whole experience has been a hassle.

Defective-Awlful Customer Service

Both delivery company and myself call customer service and told you need to call back. I the customer could follow up not Best Buy. Say what?! I am the customer. Would not recommend the treadmill or Best Buy.

Doesn’t Work

Tried to use it an again and it completely failed to start and shut itself off. It’s not the circuit box checked that. I tried to reset nothing. It just seems to be 800 for low quality.

Surge protector

To help with your question, information is provided about the surge protector needed in your user manual, page 18.
An appropriate surge protector is UL 1449 listed as a transient voltage surge suppressor that has a UL suppressed voltage rating of 400 volts or less and a minimum surge dissipation of 450 joules. It must also be electrically rated for 120 volts AC and 15 amps. There must be a monitoring light on the surge protector to indicate functioning.
Surge suppressors can be purchased at any local electronics store. If you would like assistance in purchasing a surge protector, contact us at support@iFIT.com or call 833-680-4348.

Junk - Don't buy
