Great product so far. The machine doesn't require a subscription to use, even though the sticker on the front panel suggests it does. Had it up and running for a few weeks and my fiancé has been running and walking on it pretty regularly. Not real loud surprisingly, and the belt was super easy to adjust. My biggest complaint is the size, it still has a fairly large footprint even when folded, but I chose to take that over purchasing a cheaper more mobile alternative that won't last as long. Make sure you're handy if you opt for this treadmill. It does take a couple hours to assemble. Make sure to follow the directions. There are screws that get discarded and replaced with ones from the blister pack.

Easy to assemble and has been durable after many uses, perfect size as well, not too small to be uncomfortable on, not too large that it takes up a lot of space

This preform treadmill is great for home. I’m glad I purchased it. It is so convenient not having to drive to the gym to get a workout. I can workout anytime I have time at home. The instructions to build the treadmill are pretty straight forward. Like any other instructions you have to pay attention and guide yourself by the pictures also. They help a lot and sometimes explain little details the actual word instructions might miss. I put the entire treadmill together myself. The only part I needed help with was the center console. And that’s because someone needs to hold it while the wires are connected. I don’t recommend doing this step yourself as you can pinch a cable and ruin the treadmill.

Easy to use and easy to put away after each use. The incline works great as well.

Exactly what I wanted in a treadmill. Basic with quick speed and incline buttons. My only complaint was construction. The threads for the underside of the arms did not match the srews. Minor inconvenience at best.

A month after purchasing this item, the treadmill was not operating properly. It was extremely difficult to get someone to resolve the issue. I purchased the warranty from Best Buy but because the item itself had it's own warranty, I had to call the company directly. What happened to customer service wherein they'll come to your house and fix the equipment? The company via video instructed me how to open the motor so they can view inside the motor with my cell phone camera to get a handle of what was going on with the motor. Once they were able to view the motor, they informed me I needed a new part. Well, I rec'd the part with instructions how to install the part myself! Mind you I'm not a spring chicken and I'm not electronically inclined, that being said, it was a hassle! I finally accomplished the feat and the treadmill is running like new. The company's customer service was extremely disappointing. This is not a reflection on Best Buy, ProForm needs to step up their game. I'll recommend this equipment because once I installed the part, it has been working excellently since then; but, if it breaks down and you have to deal with ProForm, good luck to you.

I’m more of a casual runner and like to go a couple miles every other day. This treadmill is great for that or walking especially during winter or on rainy days. I wish there was a little more cushioning which is why I’m giving it 4 stars. But for the $600 I paid, it’s definitely a good deal for casual use. The fan is a nice added feature!

A bit annoyed that I had to enroll in a monthly program with a fee to activate the treadmill before I could use it. To their credit, I was alloyed to un-enroll from the program and no longer charged. I had a problem putting it together and was able to chat with a representative who solved the problem. I would purchase it again.

Great sturdy treadmill for walking and running. The display cycling through instead of showing all the metrics at once is less than ideal but works. My only true suggestion is bring back the hydraulic lowering from older models. At 90 lbs and under 5 ft tall it is challenging for me to lift and fold up when I need to.

Great purchase at great price. Folds as needed to put away, easy to take out. The different speeds and inclines is a must for me and this has it all.

This is by far, the best product we purchased!! Easy to use, best value and the quality of this product is the best!! On the treadmill every morning for 20 mins since we got it!

It is a very solid, good machine that is easy to use. I did not give it 5 stars because it is the only machine like this I've had so I really don't know what would make an excellent vs. good machine. We really like it so I would definitely recommend.

This treadmill is awesome! We have 5 people in our family, so it gets used multiple times per day and works great! Took awhile to put together, but it was worth it! Very satisfied with our purchase!

The treadmill works well, and has gotten a lot of use. It is narrow, a nice size to fit in the garage. The fan works well. I can rest my ipad on top and it's not too low. Good space for water. My one complaint is that I am tall and often step on the belt cover in the front.

Love this treadmill - Size and quality. No problems with all the Proform Treadmills we've had over the years. Two person assembly but a solid machine.

Treadmill runs great. two things I wish it had. It does not have a spring on the board so very heavy when dropping so when taking off the lock I worry about the weight of the board and also - No music hook up. It runs very quiet and easy to run.
