But I believe any one with good common sense and minimal tools can put it together just fine. I looked up online how to bypass the subscription thing they want me to try. It is amazing. So glad I got it for the discounted price. It works great although bigger than Ithought it was spacially.

Horrible experience

Took 2 hours to unbox and assemble, and I'm a mechanic. It didn't even go together nicely. Once together it was fine. For 20 minutes. Then it refused to run anymore. Spent 4 hours on hold and talking to pro form, then another 2 with bestbuy customer service arranging the return and pick up. Then today when nobody showed up to pick it up at the scheduled time, I spent another 2 hours on phone with bestbuy for zero help. Ultimately ended up going to store in person. Horrible experience. Will never shop there again. Ever.

However, it took me several attempts to figure out the steps to work it Safely without getting hurt. I wish the delivery and setup included a tech to teach me the sequence of safe operation. I spoke with Best Buy as well as IFIT associates. But, the instructions were not clear. Talking on the phone was not helpful. Actual demo would have been helpful!

Treadmill working well & well put together. Tip: get the Proform registration info: model# & serial# before it's put together. Very easy to get treadmill, started once I waded through all the manual material - especially since not subscribing to Ifit.

After several attempts to have someone fix it and no one showing up I scheduled a return. The technician who came to disassemble and take it away said the wires were not connected correctly. A little late for that.
