Love it, Wish it stayed connected

I did have some trouble connecting my phone and keeping it connected. Still a flawed system but very easy to use by pushing the buttons on the machine itself.

Waste of money

Unusable since 2018

The only way to set up a sleep mode is using "the app". However, this company has not updated their app in Google Play Store since early 2018! And that old version is not compatible with current versions of Android, making the app and product both useless. If you only need it for lights for a baby, maybe it will work without the app, but trying to use it as a white-noise maker in sleep mode (ie with a time to shut on and off) then it is garbage and useless

Complete fail because of app
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.So this is supposed to connect to your phone with an app BUT the app is extremely outdated (since May 2018!) and it does not connect to my phone. It asked for permission to my amazon account and my phone but I couldn't get past the connection to wifi because it does not work. Such a waste of money, I can get a cheaper sound machine that does the same things without needing to connect to my phone instead. I'll be returning this. So disappointed!

App Doesn’t Work Which Limits Features

Some time around the beginning of November 2020 the app started having issues and wouldn’t connect to the device. This prevents the user from being able to sync or program which means you cannot use the “okay to wake”. I contacted the support team and they basically have said “we are working on it” and haven’t been able to give me ETA on the resolution (app update) for over a month now. If you only want a sound machine there are MUCH cheaper option with more features. If you are wanting an Okay to Wake machine, get a Hatch!
