This Pro scan is new to Best Buy's and the girl who waited on me said they hadn't had any comments. It was easy to put together! And it works great! The sound and picture is good and the DVD player works very well! I had gone to Costco, Target & Walmart and got no help as I wanted something that wasn't huge and wrapped and all that! I either got ignored or snippy answers! Best Buy was great!

I purchased this tv/dvd combo for my horse trailer. I went to a horse show this past week and used it for the first time. All was great except the volume is not really loud enough. It was turned all the way up to 100 and was too low to hear when my heat turned on. I was sitting less than 5 feet from it. Don’t purchase unless you’re going to use headphones. My trailer came equipped with a tv mount. Only 2 holes line up to the back of tv. Make sure if you’re purchasing a mount that it will be compatible

Bought for our RV has a Great picture and DVD player !

I was looking for a reasonably priced small sized tv for in our spare bedroom. This TV really seems to work well. My 84 year old mother comes and stays for few days at a time and uses it easily and it has great picture and sound- And with the dvd player she can watch a movie too!

Purchased this TV for my Mother's bedroom. It shipped fast and in great condition, very easy to set up. The picture quality is clear and vibrant, even without HD. Minor flaw (inherent to all flat screen TV I've found out) is the speaker volume, but this was easily remedied with a mini sound bar. Plug into the headphone jack (in place of "output"). The DVD is basic, slot loading rather then drawer loading. Was able to program Frontier remote to control TV, and set top box with one button.

Very nice tv, great for the guest bedroom and doesn't take up a lot f room because DVD is built in to the tv.

Bought this for our bedroom. Size is perfect for the smaller space. Color / Clarity is awesome. Sound is loud even at the lower end of the scale. Many options.

After receiving it for the third time. When ordering, bad service, after 25 minutes waiting for help. Received first TV and it was missing parts. got the second one and the screen was broken in 3 or 4 places. The third one was delivered to the store where they inspected it and finally got a good one

We bought this tv/dvd combo for our travel trailer. The picture is fine but the volume (especially when playing a dvd) is very poor. We are going to Best Buy to see about a refund.

I loved the fact that I did not have to figure out how to install the DVD player.
