Not Worth It!

It was very difficult to even put the base onto it -- the screws hardly went into the plastic on the TV set properly. Worst of all - after I had programmed in my (antenna, only) stations - even my LOCAL station - that I almost always watch - faded out, and - it then dropped completely out of the set's program memory!! A TV salesman at the store said that "he was not surprised by this," and that PROSCAN is basically a bottom-of-the-line TV set!

||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The Proscan products are not the greatest but it is difficult to find a name brand like a Toshiba with in a DVD Combo. The sound is very low and had some issues

Sound is horrible!

Not to bad for TV
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.For watching TV this is a decent television. When watching a DVD however the maximum sound level is very low. There are no sound output connectors to use an external amplifier.
