At the low of my service experience we were at a 3 star rating but Apple never gave up. Customer service rep after customer service rep but they got me the items needed to resolve my issue and get all items transferred and up and running. Since Apple didn't give up I balanced the 3 star low with the 5 star outcome to give them the 4 stars. I have dealt with other companies customer service who could not resolve my issue, could not understand representative. Apple didn't give up until all was resolved. Better to have AppleCare then to be in need of it and not have it.
