Haven't had to use it but it is a great piece of mind

Now I feel prepared just in case anything happens!!!

Being new to Apple and the iMac , I had a lot of questions, It was so nice talking to someone on a support team that #1: understood my needs/ #2 took there time, #3 wasn't reading from a script, #4 took their time with me, & #5 spoke & understood english Thank you Apple care/ he name of the service suites it

I am older and not the best technical person. Did not grow up with computers... Please buy this if you are not a computer whiz as they will walk you through every question you have. I have used this countless times. Although I have books , sometimes I just can't find my question.... These folks are the best!

After wrapping up the expensive Mac, a warranty seemed like a requirement in my mind. Hopefully I will not need it anytime soon.

When buying our Mac, we purchased the Apple care with it. Not only did Best Buy price match the educational purchase price, but by buying from Best Buy, I can take my iMac to Apple for repair or to any Best Buy store. They exponentially increased my access to care and support. Bonus!

I purchased this protection for my iMac and right away after registration got an email stating they would help me through the set up, and that any questions would be answered... no matter what.... I can go to the Apple Store, online, or over the phone and I am taken care of

With an Apple computer, this is something I doubt I'll ever need to use. However, it's a good thing to have--just in case.

Since my Mac was my first experience with an Apple product, and I felt a little insecure about switching to a Mac, I went for the protection plan. The couple of times I have called, I have gotten great service and help. Worth it to me, to know I have some help available.

Seems worth having peace of mind as most computers start slowing down within a couple years. Hope it comes in handy.

I bought the AppleCare protection plan for mac for the reassurance of having coverage if anything goes wrong.

I have only had the protection plan since I bought my computer so I can't give you a really accurate review. But I do love the idea that if something happens to my computer, I am covered. And three years is perfect timing since technology ages quickly.

If you make a large investment in a computer, it is worth buying a protection plan for it...we opted for the 3yr protection plan with AppleCare. The personnel are knowledgeable and understand how (most of the time) to address issues that arise.

They are always friendly, don’t make you feel stupid and work until they solve any problems

Thankful for the piece of mind. I have generally purchased this for all major purchases Mac products.
