Very happy that the Applecare I purchased for my Macbook (which I traded in for credit towards an iMac) transfered over. Also, the ability to send in your computer to Apple for screen repair (multiple times too)is awesome! Very satisfied.

I have always been pleased with apple support. I rarely use it, but when I do, they are exceptional.

After spending several hours on the phone, trying to get the correct help, I still have not been able to make good use of this computer. I didn't have a choice of operating systems, but I wouldn't recommend ever using El Capitan. I have had to make several calls in to you because the help I was getting doesn't ever get things resolved, so I have given up.

Did not know until after the purchase that Best Buy Geeks no longer handle this in Cary, NC store and I have to take it to Crabtree Valley Mall to the Apple store for repair. This would have been a deal breaker had I known in advance.

I purchased this for my first iMac and found it paid for itself over the years. Sort of doubled up with the purchase of the Geek Squad but Apple help is different from Geek Squad help in some ways. Very happy with this purchase!

I hope to never make a claim on a bad product. However, i will utilize to get access to excellent Apple Geniuses to answer my questions on things like integrating photo's from old MacBook Pro to my new huge screen monitor/computer.

As a new Apple user I have been able to seamlessly set up this new computer through use of Apple Support that comes with Applecare. The associates and technicians have been very helpful, knowledgeable and patient with me.

This was something purchased that I hope we don't have to use, but it's there if we do.

Even though I am in the warranty period I had to call for support help. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. If this is the support I receive with Apple Care after my 90 day warranty period it will be money well spent.

Since I became Best buy costumer, I noticed that every time I bougth an item, they offered me a coverage plan, this allows you to have quick solution from the geek squad, and protect your investment

Haven't had to use it yet, but definitely worth the investment. Had to use Apple care in the past for MacBook Pro and they took good care of me. Would hate to pay out of pocket for issues that could have been covered!

Thankfully, I haven't had to use this product yet. I would suggest this product because it covers anything that goes wrong with your Apple product and they will replace it with a new one. Definitely a good investment!

In the past it has been useful to get the apple plan, so I purchased another for my new computer. Hopefully I will not need it this time, however it is better to have the apple care as it makes it so much easier.

We had a Mac 5 years ago, one day it crashed, but luckily with Apple protection plan, we were able to get an entire new hard drive at no cost. This is the reason why I will ALWAYS get the protection plan :)

When you buy an expensive thing believe me you need to get the AppleCare plan

A much better value compared to PC protection plans. I just made this purchase a month ago but it puts my mind at ease given the ease of access to Best Buy stores nationwide that will cover protection policy.

This stuff costs too much not to get a little peice of mind to go with it.

Bought my first I mac and have had iPhones for years but decided to get the plan as we were new to mac and will plan on using this as long as it lasts. Hope to not need it but I felt it was a good value.

Good investment so is great to get insurance on it in case that it brakes

In my opinion, it's always worth it to have AppleCare. You just don't know with electronics when you are going to have an issue. I just would rather be safe than sorry later.
