GOOD PRICE HOPE TO BE ABLE TO GET SOME HELP WITH ORGANIZING MY FILES WOULD HAVE LOVED TO HAVE A STORE NEARBY TO BE ABLE TO TAKE CLASSES TO LEARN HOW TO GET THE MOST OF MY COMPUTER, IPAD AND PHONE

Hopefully I'll never have to use it, but if I have to it'll be there.

I have not had to use it on this iMac, but I have purchased before and was great when I needed it on a prior Mac. Hopefully I never need it but good to have when the you know what hits the fan.

Hopefully I won't need to use the protection plan often. I had contacted customer service and told the agent I did not receive a written service agreement and I was told they would send me one. I have never received it. I am still waiting, and not too happy about that! I wanted a written agreement mailed by parcel post as I did not use the e mail on my phone.

I've dealt with so many clients and customers that regret NOT getting the Apple care plan. It covers a lot of issues and isn't very expensive overall. Just get it. You'll be glad you did.

Never know when you might need this...good to know it's there

Apple Care came through big time helping me get started on my new Mac. Restored all my desktop folders when I thought they were destroyed, and gave me several tips on using the machine.

What's not to love about AppleCare? They keep it simple by allowing me to take my apple product directly into an Apple store. I can schedule a time so that I'm in and out with no hassle.

It is very good to get apple care. This basically covers just about anything on your computer. Spending a good amount on a Mac it is definitely worth the extra few buck for apple care

What more can I say its Applecare. If most anything goes wrong they fix it or replace it. Its basically automatic when your product is at the price point of the computer we purchased.

I haven't had to use this Apple Care for my Imac, but I've used Apple Care for various other Apple products. I have been pleased with their service every time. I recommend getting it.

Service is on the expensive side but when you call service is outsanding. Have called three times and find the person assigned very knowelgable. Big plus is they are from tyhe USA

Reasonable price for complete hardware coverage by apple.

Worth it for expensive computers such as laptop or iMac 27

You wouldn't jump off a bridge without a parachute would you? And buying an Apple iMac 27 5K without AppleCare is about the same. A must have for any and all avid Apple users.

For this investment, just make sure it's protected.

I am happy with the picture clarity and color on this TV. The screen is so clear and bright! The remote is very "user friendly." Excellent quality as expected from Sony/

But is's always good to have. The good thing about this plan is that they would come to your house rather than having to bring the computer in....that's totally worth it!

Switching from Windows to Mac required some help and Apple Care was a conveniently to learn and execute the new skills. They have been easy to access and always helpful.

Apple care for Apple products are always worth it.
