I am so glad I bought this Apple Care plan. I had a problem with the keypad and the customer service representative was very efficient, knowledgeable and helpful.

I have used this before with my old computer. They helped me when I accidentally deleted a critical component. They remotely assisted with downloading a new profile.

So far we haven't had to use the protection plan, but I bought it just in case. It gives you 3 years of protection and if it's for a student there is a discount.

I've been using Macs for over 25 years. Basic lesson is if you're buying a computer then always spend the extra and get Applecare. In the end it pays for itself.

Haven't needed it yet with the exception of calling Apple to set up user accounts which was fairly easy. Still learning the in and outs of being an Apple owner.

Unlike the AppleCare plan offered for iPad/iPhones/Watches, the iMac plan doesn't cover accidental damage. So this plan is merely an additional warranty, which may still be good to have if you don't have similar benefit through your bank/credit-card.

now you can get amazing applecare @ bestbuy, and the best thing is it's valid at best buy stores and at all apple stores

After purchasing the extra protection it was nice going home knowing that in anything was to happen for the next three years it would be completely covered.

i love applecare. I buy on all my products because once something goes wrong I take it to an Apple location and they fix it immediately. Super fast service.

AppleCare Protection Plan for Mac - 3-year plan, APPLECARE FOR IMAC bought this for mac pro wish it included accidental damage like the iphone 7 does.

There were a number of things that weren't working like I thought they should. But a call to AppleCare came to my rescue. Nothing drastic but needed.

I always get applecare with my apple products. It's always been pretty easy to get help with these plans and things are quickly replaced when needed.

I need it to work when I turn on the button and can't afford downtime. Walking into Applestore and getting things fixed is relatively quick and easy!

AppleCare Protection is a solid investment. The team is very helpful and will stay with you as long as you need. The follow ups are always on time.

A must need. I only had two problems so far that I needed Apple for but this plan is a great buy! I would recommend this plan to any Apple buyer!

Apple makes great product. I love them, at times like most electronic devices they can fail. You must buy the apple care, repair is very expensive,

Very pleased with this computer. Screen is big, bright and clear. Processing time is really quick. Great computer that I expect to last for years.

The geek squad has answered all my questions and solved all my tv questions. I feel very relaxed knowing the tv is covered for the next several years

This plan is the best plan , Apple warranty is only one year, so if you do not get Apple care , there us not protection after that year.
