very dissapointed
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.purchased the 3 year protection plan the same time as my iMac-27, during set-up I had a few questions so I called the "pros", wait time for a real person was long, once she finally came on the line it seemed she knew less than I did, failing to resolve my issue she transfered me to her supervisor, This person, I believe Nick was his name, informed me that my problem could not be solved, I informed Nick that I would then return my new iMac but thanked him for trying, Afterwords I resolved my dilemma without their help, Was very disappointed with their knowledge.
