Usually don't buy the protection plans, but with a purchase this expensive thought it would be a good idea. Haven't had to use it yet so that is a good thing for us but if we do got coverage.

I have never had to use my apple care protection... and that is a good thing since the product is so good. I would still rather spend the little extra to cover my iMac for peace of mind.

The customer service reps at AppleCare are top notch!! I Called them the night I bought my computer to help me set It up and they walked me through the entire thing without hesitation.

Why would you not purchase this ? The apple care call in staff are wonderful. It is easy to talk to a rep and they stay with u until problem is fixed. Great attribute to great products.

I always purchase Apple care with any apple products. They make up for any assistance needed in the future. In Florida it's smart to have the protection due to all the thunder storms

This was my first Apple computer so I purchased the Apple Care for added peace of mind. Feels good to now if I have a problem, they are just a phone call away!!

Purchased the AppleCare warranty for this quality and very expensive computer system Hopefully will not need it but feel much better having this warranty
