have had no issues with the computer and don't know if I will ever need the protection plan, but it gives me peace of mind if something ever does happen.

I have always been happy with the warranty that apple offers. I have not had to use this yet- but I bought it b/c I've never been disappointed before.

Had prior warranties on other Apple products. Always received excellant service. Everyone was very helpful and seemed concerned to resolve my questions.

Apple care is marvelous for brand new MAC users. Call any time and get exactly the help you need. Plus great protection against accidental damage.

Debated in getting the extra protection on a desktop but decided it would be worth it in the end. Not much you cane say but it is peace of mind.

Not too much $$ to protect a $2300 , computer. Apple care has come through for me in the past for my iPhone and it includes tech support also.

We bought a Macbook Pro a few months ago and purchased the AppleCare for it since it was the first Mac either me or my husband had worked on. We have used the AppleCare many times since this computer was so new for us. Each time we call we have a pleasant and knowledgeable person to help us. I was so impressed with Apple that I just replaced my desktop with the IMac and I purchased Applecare for that computer also. It has been quite a transition but AppleCare has made it a lot easier for a couple of seniors and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

A three year plan is something you hope you never have to use, but it's sufficiently affordable that for peace of mind, I reasoned, why not?

I haven’t had to use AppleCare yet, because my I Mac is so awesome, but just knowing I have it if I need it is well worth the price

It's difficult to write a review or give an "overall rating" for something that you haven't had any occasion to use yet. I purchased this 3-yr service agreement at the same time I purchased my new Apple iMac 27" desktop computer, because I knew that I wouldn't want to try to "service" it myself. No point in causing myself a huge headache or additional frustration when I don't have to. Considering the technical issues involved with computers, whether it's software or hardware, it's best to leave those things to the professionals.

Insurance for peace of mind. I've never had to resort to the protection plan on any of my Mac equipment, but if I do, it's there for me.

I debated whether to get Apple Care but am happy I did. I feel very confident that, if I have a problem, I can get help and peace of mind.

Purchase coverage, you need it as it will come in handy in the event there's an unforeseen accident. Best purchase for a computer geek!

Like all extended warranties. Maybe unnecessary, but provides that piece of mind, especially since this is my first all in one computer.

I'm glad I got this plan because unfortionatelly I had to use it and Joe was very helpful and cleared everything up for me, great job!

Never a big fan of extended warranty but with big purchase such as this thought it was best. Not needed to date and hope to never use.

Purchased the three year protection plan just in case something goes wrong. Best Buy always followed through with the products covered.
