I always get Geek Squad Support every time I buy something from Best Buy. It is just so worth it to be able to call them for assistance.

I hope I never have to use this but if I do I know that Apple will take care of the problem. The customer service people are excellent.

Sometimes its worth it. Sometimes its not. Kind of like insurance for anything else. Its just incase you need it.

Loaded pictures from my iPhone but they didn't go where I thought. Called Apple Care and they were very helpful and found all the photos!

AppleCare on a 27" iMac gives me piece of mind that any issue I may experience will be taken care of, although I don't anticipate any.

I purchased the 3 year Apple Care support for my new Imac because I had occasion to use the support at Apple for my last computer. I had done something that caused my computer to reset the master password and I could not get into my computer. The Apple Care support specialist spent over two hours with me on the phone and helped me to reset the password and enabled me to get back into my computer. I could never have done it without her. I would strongly urge anyone to buy the Apple Care Support.

AppleCare is always great to have just in case anything goes unexpectedly wrong with your Apple product. Definitely worth it!

its always good having warranty on a expensive electronic so glad i got a good deal on this with my purchase of the iMac

We have not had an opportunity to use the AppleCare plan as of yet, but it is certainly a great value. $169 for 3 years.

Would recommend getting it's better to have and not use then something happen to the computer and you have no protection
