I hope I never use it. But I know that if I need it will work. I had to use AppleCare before with an iPad and they simply replace it with a new one due to screen accident - awesome! That's why I always prefer to get this type of protection plans.

I purchased the Apple protection plan with the mini mac we got for our 10yr old. I don't worry if he "accidently" destroys it since we have coverage. it is nice not to worry and the cost was very little!

Apple anything should be accompanied with AppleCare. One thing about Apple, they have cared every time I needed tech or replacement.

It is always good to have protection for you soft and hardware. Apple has it at the right price.

I purchased a Mac Mini for my 70 year old parents. I registered the Mac Mini for a three year plan and utilized the Apple Care service. Easy and a BIG time saver. My parents have both used the Apple Care service as well they both feel much better that they have someone to phone for their simple questions. As long as Apple continues their great customer service, they will continue to gain loyal customers. Very satisfied!

I have had so many positive experiences with applecare. They once replaced a 2 year 364 day old computer for me 1 day before the extended warranty expired with a brand new current gen computer at no cost to me because the computer had exceeded his repair quota

We got protection for my husband's new Mac Mini. We never buy an Apple product without buying Apple Care because the tech support is amazing from them. The protection for the Mac Mini is very affordable for those on a budget. So I highly recommend the combination.

If you are buying a more expensive Apple product (e.g. computer) you should seriously consider getting AppleCare. Besides the extra repair warranty you get, it also drastically increases the resale value if you sell.

I've only had to use AppleCare on one item, but the cost was more than defrayed. I don't always do it, but when it applies, it does help.

Main thing I love about this service is that any person you constant will be from America and will have no foreign accent.
