I would always recommend you get apple care with apple products, ecspecially if you are spending lots of money on these apple products. The customer care is really good, and well worth it.

I'm glad that I went with my purchase of AppleCare. As a college student, I was eligible for the student discount. $60 a year for the best warranty and repair service in the industry is a great investment. I've used it a couple times since January, just for simple things such as how to use programs and general questions/advice on upkeep. I'm new to the Mac world, so I wanted to be sure I treat my Mac with the upmost care. Having the 3 year no worry warranty of anything, with the quick respond time of repair, is worth the investment. I hope I never have to use AppleCare for repairs, but if I do I know that it will be taken care of quickly and correctly.

AppleCare is good to get because it's a warranty if u drop your apple product or if u cracked the screen. It's good to get this just in case you drop your apple product on the ground!

I purchased AppleCare along with my MacBook Pro as I thought it was worth having since I depend on my MacBook for work and being out of a computer for an extended period of time is highly inconvenient. I haven't yet had to use the benefits of what AppleCare offers but I like the idea that I can call or go into the Apple Store to receive customer service and get help with any questions. Sadly, the only thing AppleCare doesn't cover is accidental damage from handling. It does cover the battery which is a plus in my mind. If you depend on your computer, this is a must in my opinion. I'm glad that Best Buy offers this in their store.

I would recommend the Apple Care Protection Plan to protect your investment in a new computer. If anything goes wrong, Apple stands behind it for 3 years. No questions asked.

This gives us a peace of mind when it comes to our daughter owning an expensive laptop. It is a little pricey, but if something happens in this time, it will be worth it!

Three years coverage and customer service from Apple for a reasonable price. Definitly get it, the price is high but your machine will be functioning properly.

After my daughter's dell warranty ran out, the laptop failed. So after buying a MACBOOK PRO. I want piece of mind that my very expensive purchase will be protected.

This is a must when you are making such a huge purchase on a Mac. Extra coverage after the original warranty is up. Great to know that we have help if ever needed!

I purchased this for my daughters new Apple laptop computer. I would rather pay the extra money for Apple care, if something ever happens. better safe then sorry.

We purchased this since we will be carry it around and also because my son likes to walk around with it and use it. A just in case thing that we hope we never use

if you own a macbook, you definitely need a apple care to protect it. I give up my last Mac due to it is too expensive to fix but I do not have a apple care.

Overall worth it even if it seems pricey at first, it's a good idea to get this and my mind is at ease with the issues it will cover if anything comes up

No one wants to invest that much money on a computer and have something happen to it. Let's face it, Macbooks are expensive. This takes the worry away!

i get apple care all the time because is like lifting a weight of my shoulder, when i have any problem i do not worry because I know that i am covered.

I haven't had to use the plan for any unplanned "accidents". But just knowing the plan is there for my use and it covers so much; it's a great comfort.

AppleCARE is rather expensive but so is the laptop. It is worth it to me for peace of mind. Not everything is covered with it. read about it.

Can't go wrong with this service as it provides peace of mind - admittedly on my past Apple purchases I haven't had to call AppleCare that many times (again a testament to the quality of their products), but on the occasions where I have called them the service has been fast and courteous and solved my issues quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to buy this for their more expensive products (desktop / laptop / phones) but I have not purchased it for their lower price point products (Apple TV / AirPort) - at that point, you might as well self-insure.

I wouldn't by any apple product without it, not because it's poor product; but because it covers anything,and apple support is the best.
