Better safe than sorry
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have not had the opportunity to use this on my personal Mac Book Pros, but one of my office MBPs had a cracked mouse board due to the battery expanding and the company's apple care took care of this. So I am pretty scared to not have this on my personal MBP. This would be money very well spent IMHO and its for 3 yrs so its a no brainer.

Necessity for a Mac

If anything at all happens to malfunction or the charger breaks, Apple Care will instantly ship out replacements free of charge in two days. You never know when something can happen either so a 3 year guarantee is well worth the cause for incidents that could happen in the future.
