I've purchased AppleCare in the past and never needed it, but this time I purchased it at the suggestion of a friend. He is rough on his MacBook and busted the keyboard. Apple was quick to fix under AppleCare. I feel more secure having it on my MacBook. Good investment.

I was sold on the protection plan seems to be worth the price. I will update if and when I ever use it.

I would say I've had nothing but the best success with the AppleCare Protection Plans in the past. I would highly recommend purchasing the AppleCare for any Apple product, they are the best out there as far as customer support and fixing your issues quickly.

The AppleCare Protection Plan provides reassurance for three years should anything go wrong with our new MacBook Air. In the past my iPhone was immediately replaced at the local Apple Store after using it for over two years when a problem occurred!

I hope to not need to use this. But I wanted to have it in case an unknown event happened to my MacAirbook. It is cheaper to replace the Mac with the protection than to not have it. Plus, there's things that Best Buy geeks could help with if needed.

I always purchase the Apple Care Products because I feel the price is fair for the coverage that is provided. I also like that when I sell my Apple products the Apple Care can be transferred to the new owner or returned to Apple for a prorated refund.

This is a must get. I haven't used it yet but it will be well worth it. Got it mainly because the battery itself on the apple macbook cost a fortune. They replace the battery for free and fix/replace anything else needed as long as it is not stolen.

Just having this extra warranty in case something were to happen is comforting. I'm a college student I drag my MacBook with me to all my classes, and with this I don't have to worry about what would happen if I were to drop it or spill coffee on it.

Need it for my daughter mac laptop whose in college. Never know when it will come in handy.

My MacBook broke after only 2 weeks and since we had purchased the Apple care protection plan, we were able to drop if off at Best Buy, they sent it out for repairs and shipped it direct to our house when it was fixed, ALL AT NO COST TO ME! :)

You never know what is going to happen and it's always good to have protection, just in case.

At first look, having to buy additional insurance on the product sort of sucks, but I have always purchased Apple Care and have always been served well by doing so. I think this is particularly wise given the internal battery in this unit.

Had to use it on my old computer three times. Once because my wife spilled coffee on it. (replaced the motherboard) the second time because my kid broke the Screen. the third time to replace the battery. Paid for it's self over and over.

Just purchased and had to already use it once being when I imported filed from old mac there was some junk in it that was cleared up. The cleaning didn't cost me a dime. I don't feel the need for any additional firewalls with this service

Apple care protection plan is good to have if ever encounter any problems with computer.

They are on standby for any basic questions you may have. Even if it seems like a stupid question, just call and ask. I've tried googling questions and come up with hundreds of answers. Apple care will pinpoint your problem and fix it.

Having apple products if great but they do most of the time have something wrong with them and you ceatch it about a year into having your device. Its nice to be able to take it to the apple store and they fix it for you.

Apple support is good. You can call them anytime and they will respond with details.
