When I bought a computer for my son he was going up to college and having the Apple protection was a great piece of mind for me because all he has to to is take to the store and in most cases they can fix it on the spot.

Thank Goodness this exist , provides the added necessary protection that allows myself and my Mother to feel confident in case of an accident . Always good to be safe than sorry , coverage easy to redeem if necessary..

The Apple care protection is great, especially since it's for 3 years.

The sales guy explained to me that the cost of the protection would cover the cost of replacing the battery one time...which I will be doing towards the end of the three year plan for sure! No reason not to buy it.

So far we have not encountered any problems with our MacBook but it's good to have just in case we need it. With teenagers who knows what's going to happen, with the plan I don't have to worry about my purchase.

Apple has great protection plans and this was a must have.

We just added the apple care for the battery. Since my wife uses her laptop all the time and had to charge the battery. We sill haven't used the apple care protection yet. We also got this with a great deal!

The price for the protection plan was adjusted when purchased at time of the computer purchase. Am told that the life of the mac is about 2-3 years, so am confident that we will find the protection plan valuable.

This is a must-have item how do use it the second day of owning my Mac. I would suggest everybody getting AppleCare for their Mac. The people are wonderful at helping you out with any questions or concerns.

Very reliable service! I have used the geek squad in the past and found it to be extremely helpful. This system seems better because I am able to get online help as well as geek squad service at Best Buy.

The plan will provide a ease of mind when the unexpected happens.

Apple Care for the MacBook Pro is a very good investment to ward off future potentially high repair costs. I especially like having three year telephone support available to be should any issues come up.

One month after buying my Surface...had to bring it in because of glitches and slowwwww! Had Mac Air for 3 months and OMG!!! Never had to bring it in and it is amazing!!! Will never buy anything but a MAC!!

AppleCare is the best when it comes to fixing big or small problems. I wouldn't even consider not getting it for any of my Apple products. Even after it's run out, Apple has dealt with issues at no charge.
