I have not had to use my Applecare yet because I have been taking care of my laptop. However, I am so glad that I have it if I ever need it, I know that it will be in good hand and will be fixed quickly.

Haven't had to use it yet. But very happy I have it just in case.

This is great security in case something happens with the laptop

It's always good to know that if your Mac goes down or if you have a problem then you can take it to apple to get fixed no 3rd party company. They will replace it for a newer model if they can't fix it.

Made a call to get an explanation on how to switch off messaging on my laptop. Nobody wants their IMessages broadcasted to everyone using the laptop. They were extremely helpful and got it take care of!

What a good product it was very helpful and highly recommended.

This is a good plan for apple products and I would definitely suggest purchasing it. The only problem with this product is that it does not cover water damage which can be an issue. If you don't have problem with water then I would definitely recommend incase anything goes wrong!

Hopefully nothing happens to my MacBook Air but if it does I purchased AppleCare and they cover a lot! I purchased the 3 year plan, it was a little more expensive but you can never be too careful!

If you buy a high dollar apple product then I would recommend this as parts and repairs are quite costly. Used in past on other products and cost was far less than part and service would have been.

Just in case. AppleCare protection is worth the peace of mind

I recently had a surge go throughout my apartment building and I had my laptop charger plugged into the wall. AppleCare was quick to send me a new one! Saved me $80 on buying a new charger!

I purchased the 3 year Apple Protection Plan with my last MacBook Pro and had a great experience with the help I received. The help desk is a call away and always offers professional quality support.

The day I spill coke all over my keyboard, I'm sure it'll be worth it. I have used it so many times on my cell phone, I saw no reason to not get it on my Mac. Thankfully, I've never had to use it, but if I hadn't paid for it, I would've dropped my computer down a flight of stairs.

I have yet to use this protection plan, but purchasing it was a "no Brainer"Hopefully I will not have house it anytime soon, but the assurance of having the safety net is well worth the price.

I think apple care for the MacBook I purchased was well worth it because if you loose a key or your charger breaks etc. they will fix it for you with no additional fees and it's good for 3 years.

I have only used AppleCare once in my three years of owning a Mac, but it is nice to have the assurance that they will be there in case anything goes wrong. Fortunately I haven't needed to replace anything major with my Mac while owning it, so I haven't necessarily gotten my money's worth, but I at least have it if something does happen.

Have used in the past and got good service hopefully I'll never have to use Best Buy was having a sale so was included in price of laptop I think it's a good idea especially for a laptop

This came free as an added bonus to a MacBook Air my daughter purchased. I really liked that it was a 3 device use. No issues on my laptop since installed and she doesn't seem to have any issues either.
