easy buy choice prices is reasonable for the what you get

The protection plan is definitely worth every penny. For all of the chances I can mess my computer up and all I have to do is send it back to get it fixed...it's definitely worth the money.

It's good to have. Just in case, anything happens.

I personally feel like it's always good to be covered on huge purchases like these. I've talked with the Apple Support Team before, and they're always good about identifying the problem.

I cannot comment on Applecare yet for my new computer, but in the past it has been very helpful for my iPad and iPhone so I would never buy an apple product without inculding this support.

Keyboard and cover protect the iPad and aren't too bulky. The Keyboard is great when writing emails and filling out forms. Much easier and convenient than the keyboard on the iPad.

The Apple protection plan is an absolute no-brainer. It covers most everything that you could possibly dream of happening to your computer and the Apple representatives are very helpful.

I will never own an apple product again without purchasing apple care. When I have it I never seem to use it but when I don't I seriously regret not buying it. Definitely worth the price!

Although I've always found Apple's protection plan quite overpriced I find myself getting it for the ease of assistance it provides. Just a phone call away and problems are resolved.

You never know when you might need the protection.

My wife insists on buying extra-protect plans. My sister-in-law lives a couple miles from one of those lovely Apple Store places and she's the kind of person who needs extra support.

I've had my new Mac less than a month and already I've had to ask for help with just getting around....since I'm a new Mac user. The staff at Apple Care are very efficient and helpful!!

I haven't used it yet, because I haven't had any issues related to the machine, but I was happy to know that the 3 years of protection was included with my Mac when I purchased it.

AppleCare is AppleCare. It is clearly one thing that separates Apple from the competition. However, I have noticed that the technical abilities of the AppleCare technicians have gone downhill in the last few years. Here is a hint: Just immediately ask to speak to a Senior Advisor. Save yourself a lot of time and trouble.

AppleCare was included in Black Friday specials- bought 3 years of coverage for the price of two! The plan offers product replacement with anew Mac if it cannot be readily repaired.

Been using AppleCare for over 10 years. They are patient, knowledgeable , and go out of their way to meet your need. Working with them is like visiting with a friend on the phone.
