Every time I buy an Apple product, I get AppleCare. Even if I rarely use it, the program is a great deal, a great comfort, and a nice addition to my Apple addiction.

Hopefully I wont need this but it gives me piece of mind to know it's there when I spill something on my macbook, drop it, or my dog chomps it up. Something's bound to happen, and I hope this will help and be easy to deal with when it does

I haven't needed it for my current macbook. But 5 years ago I used applecare for a previous macbook while living in Mexico and they fixed it and mailed it back no problems.

This is a must-have for any Apple owner any kind of damage any kind of trouble or manufacture defect will be covered by the AppleCare warranty but definitely consider.

I love Apple, but hate the service - long waits and snotty service people - Best Buy folks are very accommodating and truly act like they care about their customers.

When I have had problems with any of my Apple devices they have always been friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and fixed things. I think they're invaluable.

The warranty covers pretty much everything. Is also nice that Best Buy has the warranty, because now if you take it to them instead of waiting at the Apple store.

I love that I have the AppleCare Protection plan because I know they take care of what problems you are having with their devices and that's I love Apple....

Don't buy an Apple product without getting the Apple care. They will fix anything that gets messed up. Just go to any Best Buy store and they can assist you.

I use my own my computer for work and have to carry it around everyday. The macbook air is perfect for my daily tasks and is very light for those who commute.

The plan doesn't cost too much and it's totally worth it. On my last Mac the disc drive stopped working and they replaced it for free cause I had the plan.

I am so thankful to have this protection plan. If there's ever an internal malfunction, this plan takes care of any repairs/replacements no extra costs.

When you spend this much money you shouldn't need an extended warranty, but one never knows. Plus they help you with set up and will answer questions.

i think it's a good idea to get the applecare just in case something happens with the computer. i haven't used it yet, but i've heard their good and fast.

Just had an issue burning an iMovie project to DVD and in very short order Apple Care fixed the issue and we were watching the movie on our DVD player.

I don't support Apple anymore thanks to their censorship, but if you need a protection plan to protect your investment, this will work.

I always get apple care just in case of accidents like broken screens and spilled water so it makes it easier to replace and fix for less money.

The apple care is worth it. You can calll anytime for anything. They even helped my daughter set her laptop up and showed her how to use certain features.

I Have used apple care twice and have been satisfied both times. I was on Hold about 35 minutes the first time. The second time I was helped right away.

I always buy apple care. Apple has the best service. When purchased at best buy you may use geek squad. But I'll probably still go to the Apple store.
