Apple care is a great additional feature to have. I have not had any problems thus far but to know that apple supports their products is a great feeling.

AppleCare is a must have for any major Apple purchase. U can't beat having the technical support when something goes wrong and the extra assurance too!

If you're very clumsy or think everything bad luck follows you. Well you need to keep your invest protected from anything. Better to be safe than sorry.

I have used Applecare in the past and even though I have not had to use it for my new MacBook Air and do not anticipate any problems dealing with Apple.

I always buy this protection for Apple products, Apple quality is very good and have not had to use it much, but it pays for itself when you need it.

They provide a great service to those that aren't very familiar with computers. They completed the initial setup and explained everything very well.

I have had to use this on other products. Comes in handy when you need it. Better to have it and not need it rather than to need it and not have it.

Thank goodness we made the decision to buy AppleCare. What could have costed a hundred bucks to fix, with AppleCare, it was free! Thank goodness!

I don't usually buy service plans but Ive never had a problem with AppleCare. hopefully I won't have to use it but if I do ill be in good hands.

I've bought apple care for all 9 apple products I've purchased in the last two months~I've not had to use it but feel very confident in the product.

Did have to get sales rep to instruct the Geek Squad that this did include putting some sort of virus protection software on the pc without further charges.

I purchased the MacBook Air. It is well made, light, and the screen resolution is great too. It's fun getting messages from my phone on my computer.

Always purchase AppleCare, 3-year plan, with new Mac products. Do not expect to use, but the one time I did, the plan paid for itself many times over.

If you are going to use the computer on a daily basis, this protection plan is recommended. Fairly convenient and covers several accidents.

I purchased the computer for my granddaughter a 2nd year business major She uses it during classes time and for other related academia activities.

Previously owned a MacBook Pro and didn't have warranty. Lesson learned and purchases the extra warranty. Accidents happen and it's worth purchasing.

I'm told Apple Care gives you a battery at the end of three years if the battery is below 80% charge rate (don't know if I stated that correctly). Everyone I talked to says it will be, and that that alone makes the warranty worth it. I don't know. Do I care if the battery is below 80%? Probably not. Bigger picture, if the computer fails between year one and three, I'll be happy I have it. But then, if it does, well, I'd lose a lot of faith in Apple reliability. I bought Apple Care for my daughter because it came at a student discount. Seemed worth the $187. It's insurance, so it's hard to say right now whether it's worth it. I bought a MacBook for myself and didn't get Apple Care . . . but I can still buy it as long as my Air is less than one year old.

Haven't got a chance to use it, but automatic transfer is very convenient after I replaced my Macbook air. Apple online service is decent as well.
