I always buy applecare with my mac computers as you never know when something happens. It years past its helped with repairs costs vs not having it.

I have not yet utilized any benefits of the AppleCare protection plan for my MacBook Pro 13", but am glad to have it in case of any emergency need.

So far I haven't had to use the AppleCare insurance which is a good thing but I would recommend anyone to buy it as a secure blanket.

I'm often very clumsy and getting apple care has been a good investment because now I'm less concerned if I was to drop my laptop *fingers crossed*

Definitely a good idea to get. Had it for my previous mac also and only needed it once when power adapter broke. No issues getting it replaced.

for such a large investment, it just makes sense. Since we're a windows family, MacOS is new territory and the helpline has already payed off.

AppleCare is a must-have for any Apple product you own. It is a very comprehensive and complete type of insurance plan that you can't do without.

I have never had apple care but the day I bought computer the apple tech was there and for the money it's protected for 3 years u can't beat that

purchased this 8 years ago with my first macbook and when I replaced it , it was a no brainer to get it again. solves any problems that come up

This is a great purchase. After the limited warranty goes away, you are definitely going to want to have a backup plan. This is a HUGE help!

I haven't used it fir my macbook but apple has taken great care of my family with phones. It is cheaper than insurance through a carrier.

I hesitated at buying this at first but I received $100.00 off the price when I purchased my laptop. I feel more secure having AppleCare.

Extremely useful in getting setup. They walk you tbrough everything. No guesswork and no having to wait in lines at the Apple Store either.

Haven't utilised the plan as yet....because I have notbuad any issues with my Mac....but I will be sure to use it if and whenever that happens

Very satisfied with the purchase. It covers a variety of problems. Always good to have the extra protection for such an expensive item.

Apple is a great company for making money for their company...they sell a "warranty" that protects you from nothing. Everything that could go wrong with your laptop is considered accidental damage because Apple makes a product that doesn't hold up to normal use for a device. The tech said simply touching it would break the retina display and is considered accidental damage which isn't covered by AppleCare protection. There is no crack in our display, there is no physical dents in the case of the laptop that would indicate a hard drop, but there are lines up the screen. Despite having 2 months left in our manufacturer warranty and 2 in the 3 years of extra protection...we have a laptop that will cost an additional 700$ to repair according to our Apple Authorized Repair shop. Will be the last Apple product I will ever buy!

Apple products are top of the line but having the support of apple care is reassuring that no matter what they can take care of ur laptop.

I have had 4-5 apple lap tops now. I have always had great service with them, I have always purchased the plan, no problems what so ever

This is my first MacBook, so I have a lot to learn about the system. I purchased the Apple Care Protection Plan to provide help if needed.

The Apple care plan covers much more than your typical care plan. Luckily I haven't had to use it, but I fee much better because I have it.
