I never by Apple Products without Apple care! They honor their protection package and give you no hassles when you need to use Apple Care!

It so nice to know that I don't have to worry about the cost of anything that could go wrong because it covered by the payment plan.

This is my third purchase of a MacBook Air for college bound grandkids as well as a MacBook Pro for another. Pleased with all of them.

I am very glad that I purchased this AppleCare, as I was able to get my computer replaced for free when I was in a tight bind.

The salesman really pushed this. I'm hoping it will be worth it and it will do what it says. Will post back if we ever have to do use it.

its good lap top.. its title complicate wen you are from Microsoft and change to apple, but is very ease wen you you get used to it..

So far we haven't had to use the service plan, however over the next year and a half should we need it's there for our college student.

Really helpful and for a good price. Hopefully I do not have to use it often but everyone is really great with any problems that arise.

Haven't had to use it yet but have used it with other products and it cost me nothing to replace my phone instead of buying a new phone.

I bought the 3-year backup plan without hesitation because I knew I would need it in case anything ever happened, and I am glad I did!

After buying a computer and having to exchange it a week later, having this protection helped take the worry out. I knew I was covered!

gotta have AppleCare with any apple product especially the laptops it covers unlimited charger and life time battery replacement.

But I guess that is the premium you pay for buying an apple product. I wish this covered anything for at least 5 years but 3 years is all they cover. Maybe square trade has longer and cheaper coverage.

I haven't had to use AppleCare yet but I know that when I do, I will feel confident about having this coverage in the first place.

Applecare the way to go for us...son's school has Apple Authorized repair center so no worries or down times to get something fixed.

It's the best thing I hope I never have to use. But I understand apples can break at any time not just at the beginning like most PC.

Not only do you get to extend the warranty, but you also get extended product and tech support from Apple Care!

these for tablets we needed for the office and the plan was simple and affordable for the amount of protection gained its awesome!

Took my Macbook Air to the geek squad they took care of me right away. Recieved my mac air back after a few hours no problem at all.

The sales person suggested that I get the warrant. I think was a good idea since I have had issues with electronics in the past.
